Our balcony in the room had the best view in all our stay in Albania! We spent more time in our room just for the location alone. The staff is friendly and helpful and they serve breakfast in the restaurant attached to the hotel on the ground floor. Short walk away from most attractions in Sarande.

This place is great! I got food poisoning and we booked here after a quick change of plans. They cleaned a room for early checkin and made sure I was okay. The restaurant downstairs is amazing too.

Nothing to say about not liking

The hotel was in a great location opposite the Port and to the bus stops. The rooms were a good size..very clean..very quiet at night..like the little clothes lines in the corner on the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful..Downstairs restaurant for breakfast was very good for choices and the staff there were very friendly too...Evening dinner at the restaurant was exceptional having eaten there every 9 nights of my stay...Great menu and staff were so so nice

It is centrally located and right across from the port(could actually see people boarding the ferries to Corfu). Provides some of the best views of Saranda bay and about 2-mins walk to the city's center. Rooms are spacious with balcony. The staff is very welcoming and always there to assist. Breakfast was particularly very delicious with plenty of options. Everything was A+ but i just wish they could take Credit Cards as forms of payment.

If you chose a top floor room- it's climbing the stairs ( 6 flights of 9 stairs= 54). Bur the balcony view is worth every Lek.

Easy to find if one comes out of the ferry terminal ( around 50m away). Staff were helpful & all was neat clean & tidy. Good breakfasts & great location. The balcony view over the city/ town & bay is something worth looking at especially at nite - there is no lift but climb stairs. Great bathroom area. Excellent value for money.

Driving in Sarande is terrible - complicated one way system and parking very difficult.

There are NO sockets available in the room! There's 1for the fridge which you cannot reach and 1 for a standing lamp in a corner. I never stayed in a hotel room without a reachable socket! Very small bathroom! Breakfast average in comparison to most hotels in Albania! If you want real, good coffee you have to pay extra! Ridiculous!

I made a reservation for a room with sea view and That's what I got exactly like the picture on Booking. The bed is comfortable and there's asmall fridge.
