the room is a little bit cold for low season. the shower is on top of the toilet so for low season not very practical

We were made to feel very welcome at this quirky and homely guest house. The location is peaceful, just across a small road from the sea. We watched the fishermen tending to their nets whilst eating a delicious freshly prepared breakfast. We enjoyed a very good supper the evening before of locally caught fish and prawns. A very relaxing and enjoyable brief stay - we hope to return one day.

I simply loved the refreshing shower in the morning, but that might not be for everyone. All the little things that might seem out of the ordinary to many , just enhanced the quaintness of this family run stay.

Really close to the beach and plenty of parking. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. I can imagine that the place will be busy during the summer. Our dinner inside was super cosy with a wood burning stove to keep us warm. This place was so incredibly unique. The home made food was so good and for a price you will not be paying in the UK or anywhere in the world - and that for the freshest fish you will ever find in a restaurant of this magnitude. The Raki as a welcome drink was a nice touch. You get to meet the whole family of this quaint establishment, which makes it even more special.

Gorgeous location with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The owner is multilingual and amazingly hospitable, even providing us with a meal when we arrived much later than expected. The location is in the beach and is totally idyllic!

I should have planned to stay a longer.

The staff were like long lost friends. They made you feel so special. The place was a real reflection of the lovely people who ran it. Full of charm and arty charisma and visible signs of a bloody lot of hard work. The location is breathtaking and from your room you will be a maximum of 30m from the water. We were there in late September. The weather was still gorgeous and 28 degrees but the summer season wS winding up which meant it was a bit more peaceful which suited us perfectly. I think this might be the best beach in Orikum / Vlora region. The rooms are cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The beach is clean, the sunbeds are included in the price. The water is crystal clear, there are no medusas or sea urchins, or such. We got delicious and filling breakfast every morning, even on the day we left, in the early morning. The owners helped us to organise a short trip to the ancient ruins of Orikos, the greek settlement. Also, he took us by car to catch a regular bus from Orikum to Vlore center in the morning, we had a kind of a rodeo. All in all, this place is a nice choice if you need a relaxing time, far from the crowd, with a beautiful beach.

The rooms are cramped for 4 adults with the dog, need some redecoration and proper cleaning, but yet again you don't spend time in the room with the sea access this great.

Location, location, location!! Closest to the beach we have ever been, just two steps away. The sunbeds and umbrellas are included in the price of the room,so it is perfect! There is a shower at the private beach - so convenient after salty water. The entrance to the sea is perfect, sandy and not too deep. The atmosphere is great, no fuss just piece and quiet. Almost no tourists, a lot of lical People. Good restautants within walking distance. The breakfast was ok, not too diverse but included in price again which is great. The owners are fantastic People!! Very kind and helpful. And you are allowed with the dog of any size, so if u're travelling with one, this place will be a great choice.

fantastic family-run hotel 20 meters from the private beach. Very good and plentiful breakfast, delicious restaurant where you can try delicacies cooked by the very nice couple who manage the hotel. The atmosphere is familiar, the owners are very kind, helpful and do everything to make you feel at ease. Papi and his wife Bardha are the most wellcoming people, the family owned hotell/ resturant is just by the beach with an incredible view..The atmosphere at this place is the best ever...One of the best places i ever visitid, I will comeback for sure

Perfect location on the beach, also free use of umbrellas in the beach bar. Nice fish dinner. Dog liked swimming in the sea as well as in the river. There is many stray dogs around, but calm and they do not cause any problem. A lot of shadow and plants at the property. Simple, but nice :)

Sadly it was raining the day of the boat trip so we decided to cancel it, but of course weather is spontaneous! The staff was super kind to understand our decision.

The kindness of the owners with us. They were super helpful all the time: at the restaurant (we were a vegetarian and a vegan, and Albania is not an easy country to find options to eat), planning one boat trip for us, etc. The location of the hotel is literally in front of the ocean (with a little road in front), so the views from the restaurant are unique and gorgeous.

Amazing place to stay with great people taking care of it. If you want to have a rather local experience, I would totally recommend it. Beach right in front of the door, delicious breakfast, great atmosphere, very comfy rooms and beds! Sometimes it can get a bit loud but if you have earplugs, it´s all good! Me teper sugjerim sesa pakenaqesi. Ne dhomen qe ne qendruam nuk kishte nje frigorifer te vogel. Per sezonin e veres do ishte mire qe dhoma te kishte nje te tille sepse eshte nxehte.Nuk e di nese dhomat e tjera kane nje te tille.

Shume e kenaqur me sherbimin, zonja qe na priti ishte shume e sjellshme. Na mundesoi nje dhome me te madhe sesa ajo qe kishim rezervuar pa asnje kosto extra. Mengjesi ishte shume i bollshem dhe cfare ishte pjesa me pozitive eshte qe ne mengjes ofrojne dhe kafen ku nuk e gjen ne pjesen me te madhe te hoteleve. Pjesa e lokalit eshte shume e lezecme sepse shikon detin dhe pamja eshte shume relaksuese. Aty konsumohet dhe mengjesi. Dhoma ishte e thjeshte por e paster dhe shume afer detit. Shezllonet jane bonus sepse jane te perfshira ne cmimin e dhomes. Ja vlen te rezervosh serish !
