Literally up the bus station, like 30 sec away from it. The other hotels around are the same price, but not sure they have that amazing breakfast;)) The room was perfectly clean, the staff adorable!!

Everything, the hotel is fantastic, the staff literally went out of their way to assist us. The room is nice, comfy, big and very clean. The hotel has easy access to the city centre, there’s a bus station just below the hotel. There’s also a big shopping mall beside the hotel where you can easily get food, cloths etc. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, you have loads of option of what to eat. It’s just the best place anyone looking at staying in Tirana should be.

Hospitality, helpfulness, price advantage, location advantage, full cleanliness. The room, spotlessly clean bed, tea machine, two bottles of ice water in the fridge were waiting for me. The biggest shopping mall in Tirana is nearby. Extremely fast internet. Delicious vegetarian breakfast, hot freshly baked pastries. The bathroom is super luxurious. Spotlessly clean towels and bathrobes. If you are going to other countries, you should definitely stay here because the terminal is 5 minutes away and the buses leave early at 6 am. Otherwise, you will have a hard time making it. From here, you can easily go to Montenegro, Kosovo, Skopje and return on the same day. Lastly, the ladies and men working there are very polite. There is also Julia, she is very hospitable, solves problems immediately, and also knows English and other languages. Since I speak English, she communicated with me in English. If you are learning English, you can practice your English very well by creating a conversation environment with her, and sometimes she even offers coffee, I am telling you.

All was good in Metro Hotel Terminal.

We had a very good experience on this hotel and its all brand new! A bus nr. 2 goes to city center every 15-20 minutes. The hotel is super clean in every corner. The staff helpful with send cheap taxis. And a good breakfast buffet!

The Smart TV has a really bad Internet connection. The shower has no door and they floor crooked to the bathroom door which the water is all running to the door if shower. The line telephone in the room doesn't work..

I like the fact that is out from the city and pretty quiet,clean,friendly staff and they are ready to help with all kinda information. Close to the mall,and they have airport taxi for a vary reasonable price.

It's a bit far from the city center. However, there's a bus station right in front. Also, the hotel provides comfortable taxis at a discounted rate.

The staffs were really helpful with recommendations. My room was really clean with everything working perfectly.

The location is brilliant if you need to take a coach somewhere, the coach station is literally below the Hotel but the room was so quiet you wouldn’t have known! The breakfast was delicious a lot of choice and this included really nice coffee, the hotel is located right near Albania’s largest shopping mall which is really good for an explore and if you need to kill some time. The staff are exceptional - especially Julia, she is so helpful and friendly and made the whole experience fantastic! Julia is a credit to the whole team and her customer service is the best I have ever received

Great location, right next to a mall, and close to the city centre as well. One of the staff in particular, I think her name was Julia, was very welcoming, helpful and catered to my friends and I like we were old friends (and we'd only just met!). Breakfast was a buffet with so many choices to pick from. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful. Metro Hotel made my last few nights in Tirana comfortable and pleasant. Thank you!

The hotel is super clean .. near a big mall. There are plenty of free parking . The breakfast was delicious and better than every where in Albania . The check in was quick and easy . They made a surprise for us since we are celebrating our anniversary and put some nice cakes heart shape . The place is clean and has nice smell . Special gratitude and thanks to the wonderful Xhulia who arranged our stay to be un forgettable and memorable stay .. She is really a very welcoming , charming and helpful lady . There was absolutely nothing wrong with my stay.

Everything from the room to the location was perfect. The front desk angels were awesome, friendly, professional and attentive. Housekeeping was exceptional, nice and always ready. Breakfast was delicious and the variety was exceptional. I would book here again and again.

Property is located within the shopping centre. Free parking and if you need to go into Tirana the bus station is 2 minutes from reception. Staff were very attentive and helpful. We went into Tirana for the evening they said if you .message us we can order a taxi for you. The taxi was prompt and only wanted to charge us 6 euro for 15 -20 minute ride. We fave him 10 euro and he was over the moon. Breakfast served just off reception with plenty of choice. On the outskirts of Tirana but main roads are outside hotel to get everywhere. Good value for money and very clean. Staff where brilliant 👏
