If I have to find a flaw, the wi-fi in the flat was working pretty bad and the windows only have white curtains that let the light pass through very early in the morning. I mean nothing serious, just come prepared if u have some light-related issue. Still super recommended!

The check-in was very quick and the guy at the reception had been super kind and friendly! We booked their flat for 3 people, on the other side of the street (not in the same structure of the other rooms). The flat was lovely, brand new and very clean, with a cute balcony. It was very silent and the beds where pretty comfortable, even the couch in the living room. The position is simply the best! The area is packed with any kind of bars and restaurants open from breakfast till late night, and you're gonna find two supermarkets literaly downstairs. The Artistic Hotel is 15 mins walking from all the main touristic spots, the main square in the city center and the lake. Even the check-out was quick and flexible, the guy at the desk was very helpful and kindly printed us our boarding pass for the flight and booked us a taxi for the airport. Absolutely recommended!!

The blankets had no duvet covers, instead they had sheets. It wasn't comfortable for us (but maybe that's personal preference, it wasn't ok for us). There is a water heater in the apartment and its volume may not be enough if you have long hair.

We stayed in apartments owned by the hotel. They are not in the hotel building but across the street. They are bigger than in the photo, nice new renovation. There is an elevator, balcony, washer and dryer. The apartments have a great location. The internet worked consistently well.

A little bit dusty, more cleaning will help. The furniture is also a little bit old.

It was in a quiet place and the rooms were big. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.

I was struggling opening my room door with the key sometime.

Close to the city centre where you have frequent buses to and from the airport, approximately 15 minutes walk. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Very nice and helpful staff. Many channels on TV including English language channels.

There is no heating g system, we used the AC, but the unit wasn’t cleaned and it smells very bad. The sheets and towels were clean but old. The blanket was full of dust and I found some hair (not ours).

The location is very convenient, near the center and the touristic attractions. The price is fair. Breakfast was unexpectedly good. I wanted to give a 8, but the courtesy of the staff makes me to give a 9.

You can hear your neighbors pretty much, and it’s a little bit less space than needed, I ran into a chair a few times.

Several dead mosquitos were smashed to the wall of the room and bathroom. Apart from that the cleanliness level was good though.

The location is great! lots of restaurantes, bar, supermarkets around. The staff were very friendly. Only downside was the A/C not working on our bedroom and it was quite hot! The receptionist did try to fixed it but she did not managed to find out the problem. So we did not have the best night... Overall the hotel is nice.
