The room that I was for 2 nights is facing back the hotel, that means the side from the sunrise. There is no black out(blinders) at all to protect against the sun. In the summer the sun rises at 5am and the room is very bright.

Several options for breakfast, staffs were friendly and location is good, quite close to the beach.

The Wi-Fi quality in our room was very poor, making it impossible to have phone calls. However, I was able to work from the restaurant downstairs, where the connection was better. The beach was quite dirty, with numerous people smoking and no available showers or toilets. Additionally, the water was very dirty, which was disappointing. The breakfast, while tasty, was the same every day throughout our stay. It would be greatly improved by adding more variety to the menu.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 12 nights as a family of four (two adults and two kids). Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would like to share our thoughts: Staff and Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay very enjoyable. Location: The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the beach. The area is calm and well-suited for families with children, providing a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle. Room: The room size was adequate for three people but felt a bit cramped for four, as was our case. It would be great if the rooms were more spacious to comfortably accommodate larger families. Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious, though it lacked variety. The same options were available every day, and it would be beneficial to introduce different meals at least every other day to keep it exciting for longer stays. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily, and we were provided with fresh towels every morning, which we greatly appreciated. Beach and Facilities: The hotel has its own beach with free umbrellas, which is a nice perk. However, it should be clearly specified that each room is entitled to only one umbrella with two beds. This information would have been helpful to know prior to booking. Room Amenities: The room was quite basic, equipped only with a hairdryer and a fridge. It lacked other essential amenities such as kettles, cups, plates, and hangers.

The curtain in the bathroom was missing so after the showering water was everywhere, also the toilet seat wasn't regulated correctly, so it was falling all the time

The hotel is nice and clean. The room was big enough with a big closet. The towels were changed every day. It was easy to get to the hotel using public transport (the stop is near the main bus station and near the hotel). The breakfast was good too. The staff was very friendly, nice and helpful! Overall I really can recommend the hotel.

The shower's facilities were horrible. The wet room made the whole bathroom extremely wet and slipper. A shower curtain would help, and the sink area is nowhere to put any soap. The bathroom really let the hotel down

Quite far away from the city centre, you can use city bus but it’s hard to find any schedule, staff was were nice but it’s hard to have a small talk with them

Location five minutes away from the seaside, room was very clean, breakfast was basic, but enough, good value for money, there is possibility to rent a bike next to the hotel (10 euro per day)

I had to use the internet for work, and although the Wifi signal is strong, but it was having a lack of bandwidth, around 5MB. Barely could run a business talk on Skype. Also Remote Desktop constantly stopped. Other than this, internet was good for browsing. This is probably not the hotel's fault, I had the same experience elsewhere in the city. Hot water is available only until the afternoon. I put these notes in this box, but I highly recommend the place.

Parking. Beach. Sunbeds. Breakfast. Afordable. It has a private parking, and a storage room, were we could store our bikes. The hotel is great, the kid loved the breakfast, the AC was functioning OK. The room was perfect, no noises that disturb you. All the facility is new, so you will find new furniture, new corridors and rooms. Added value is that beach sunbeds are included in price, and Julien was so friendly. Beach is 5-10 minute walking. Every kind of shop/restaurants are available in 3 minutes walking distance. It first time for us in Albania, and our expectations were lower, but we got surprised, it was a lot better, and we had so good times and would go again. Beach is excellen for little kids. The exterior was a bit weird at first since the hotel is located on the top floors of a residential building. But when you enter, it looks like a regular hotel. The location is good, it is not right next to the beach, doesn't have a beach view but it is about 5 min walk from the beach. On the way to the beach there are big supermarkets and restaurants so it's pretty convenient. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The rooms are very big and nice. The room has two parts - one with the main bed and the other with a sofa and a table. The stuff is helpful. Overall, I think this is one of the better options in Durres if you can't pay too much money for a stay in a fancy hotel on the beach.

we were only here for a couple of days, but the hotel is beautiful, both the reception and the restaurant for breakfast. The hotel is only a few minutes from the sea and by the main road, yet there is no noise at night, the bathroom was a bit neglected compared to the bedroom, but there is nothing to complain about. the staff was great and always helpful
