The hostel didn't entertain my request for early check in despite me telling them about my flight time which was pretty late night. I had to spend the night out on streets as nothing was opened and there was no one in hostel to at least let me in the garden or common waiting area. The bunk beds did not have any proper curtains, they provided me clean sheet to hang it by myself.

The breakfast was good and cheap, the breakfast lady was kind.

I think it's just the hostel culture around the area but I was wary about my valuables, as there was no key to the room or to the hotel building, but they had 24hr reception. The lockable wooden cupboards were decent but not the same as a metal safe (but i didn't ask if they had extra options so this may be in me). Overall, I still felt safe enough and would recommend it as accommodation and stay again in the future.

They invested in mattresses and the wooden frames were very sturdy and comfortable. The staff were excellent, empathetic and very helpful. The reception kindly swapped some euros into Albanian cash for me when I arrived.

I was booked in B1 and you can literally hear everybody’s footsteps and door slamming every now and then. Sometimes, There will be inconsiderate people who talks loudly on the terrace during quiet hours. Mind you, quiet hours start at 1000H.

Its convenient location makes it charming, it is near so many amenities groceries, beauty salon, foodhubs etc. At first, I had a hard time locating this place but my local driver helped me. This is a good place to stay if you’re super tight in budget. Bonus is that staffs are polite and friendly.

There weren’t any blankets (only sheets) and I also missed hooks in the bathroom. The shower curtain also seemed a little dirty and broken. The balcony also wasn’t too charming.

I liked everything.

My favourite part of visiting this hostel was meeting Greta and Melissa. The staff were so helpful throughout my whole stay and made my experience so comfortable. The toilets were fairly clean, I believe everyone in the hostel needs to help look after keeping it clean or course. And the beds were comfy. I got to meet amazing people also visiting the hostel. I’m hoping to be back VERY SOON!

This is my second stay at the hostel. The location is about 15 minutes from the main square by walking. The staff was very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and new. It was really comfortable stay. In addition there is breakfast for 2 euros which is really tasty and delicious. Thanks for everything.

The pos did not work and I had to go to an ATM to withdraw cash and I had to pay the fees all myself, they did not want to share. I was also charged 5 euros more that the amount showed on Booking.com, so 10 euros more equal to one more night.

We didn't get the room that was shown on the pictures. Our room was very small with a window to a kind of weird place. This place was full of trash and cigarettes. Besides that the bathroom was smelling like sewage and we had to go through 2 dorms in order to get to our room which wasn't too comfortable either. Don't get fooled by the pictures! Looks like they do have some nice rooms with nice interieur but make sure you actually do get those rooms.

I didn't like the lack of organization of the place because we went to dinner and when we came back there was a person sleeping in my bed and she didn't want to leave, no one who works at the hostel answered the phone, there was no way to talk to anyone, I had to sleep in a dirty room that I found by luck, without a blanket, without a pillow, I was cold at night.

The receptionist was very kind and waited for me until I arrived because my flight was delayed and I had no internet
