Loud external AC unit. Funny smells from bigger dormitory rooms and washrooms downstairs (I recommend booking smaller rooms). Squeaky doors and floors.

I booked three times so that could suggest something :-) Walking distance from the city centre, fine neighbourhood, supermarket literally next door. Fine breakfast (if you forgive just awful coffee) for 2 € extra. All of the staff were nice and helpful but not intruding. Fine Wi-Fi. And extra important for Albania - they accept credit cards (even though you pay extra)

The staff was the reason for such a low review. The employee who seemed to be the manager consistently smoked inside and the employee responsible for making breakfast was rude. If you plan on making your own breakfast instead of eating the free breakfast, do not expect to be able to use the kitchen until past 10:00am. Also, the fridge for guests is not in the kitchen while the kitchen for staff is. This seems fundamentally wrong, shouldn't guests get priority? Lastly, the lockers in the rooms can only be used with small locks, this will be an issue if you have a sturdy lock.

The location and facilities were great! Very close to a grocery store, butcher shops, and a short walk to the city center. There were three main common areas, once of which was outside which was great for relaxing when the sun was out. The kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms were well equipped. Each bed had a light, curtain, and its own locker.

some of the rooms lack a bit of privacy as they dont have a door but theyre still relatively out of the way so it wasnt not too much of an issue.

lovely little spot, lots of amenities, helpful and lovely staff and overall very accommodating:) the location itself was in a nice part of town with lots of shops, and restaurants about and the hostel had a very cute and home-y vibe that made it feel like a nice and safe spot to stay:D

Its not a big problem, but it would have been nice if they could provide slippers (normal plastic/rubber one) that I could use during the stay. It would be helpful especially after shower.

Friendly stuffs and comfortable common areas. Breakfast was nice, including fried eggs and cheese, and vegetables + fruits. Toilet and shower were clean. Also, with the locker with lock, I felt safe to leave my valueble items at the hostel.

I 100% recommend this place to everyone who travels to Tirana. We loved absolutely everything about this hostel! Me and my friend we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The space is beautiful and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the staff. Everyone was so nice, helpful and most importantly friendly so we really felt like at home. We truly had such an amazing time<3 big thanks to all the people that made our stay so enjoyable! We hope to see you again someday!

The toilet lid was broken. There was a bad smell because the toilet vents were not working very well.

In general, it was clean and the employees were very friendly. I think the rooms for 4 people are a bit narrow. I think rooms for 10 people are more spacious.

So far on my travels one of the best hostels! For this price it is a very good offer. They clean on a daily basis, the rooms are comfortable, there is enough space outside and inside to lounge and the breakfast serves freshly made egg and pastry dishes on a daily basis. What was best was probably the personel. Everyone is really friendly and on my last night I had a huge mess with my bus where one of the staff helped me through to find out a solution! Thanks a lot
