Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The air conditioning was not cold enough and couldn’t be changed so it was very warm and uncomfortable, and the service wasn’t very friendly or helpful.
It was closely located to the airport, and the breakfast was nice (although food was left out in the heat without ice). The rooms were also spacious and modern.

The Air could be colder. And the internet was Very instable.
The localization ia perfect nearby the AirPort. And the BED amazing (the best of my all 8 Days trip)

We walked from the airport because we arrived too late to get the free shuttle service, the last part of the walk is gravel which was difficult with suitcases. If hiring a car try booking Hertz in advance, they didn't have anything available when we enquired online so went with Albania car rental 2 minute walk away who were a bit dodge.
Loved the size of the room, bed was comfortable, short trip from airport, good breakfast too!

Perfect spot for our early morning walk to the airport. Well insulated so couldnt hear the planes and our hire car drop off was also just a 5 minute walk away.

Very nice Airport Hotel; the room was very clean and big. There was nice open buffet breakfast. They also offer a complementary transfer from the airport evet 02:30 at night.

There's Hertz car rental on the same property, that the hotel co-operates with. We had rented a car from another company and brought our luggage to the hotel before returning the rental car. A worker from Hertz seemed to look us not in a nice way, when we parked our car from another rental company to the hotel parking lot for a moment.
The hotel seemed to be quite new, it was in good condition. The room was very clean and the bed was good. For the price compared to other hotels that we stayed in Albania, this one was really worth the price. We were staying one night before the early flight home, so we didn't have time to stay for the breakfast, so no comments about it. The location is good, close enough to the airport to walk between them.

Breakfast was buffet with no guidance and slow to replenish, staff stood round chatting while you waited to be severed your ONE tea/coffee at breakfast.
Great airport hotel, with off road parking and car hire. A 10 minute walk from the airport, don’t get a taxi. Room had aircon and tea making facilities but no coffee. The Albanians love their coffee and I found we often found that the hotels we stayed at didn’t supply coffee in the room, but they don’t hesitate to make it for you if you need a brew first thing in the morning. This hotel was very strict with a one free coffee with your breakfast policy. Everywhere else were most generous.

Great spot walking distance from the airport. Would definitely recommend this place if you arrive late in Tirana airport or have an early morning flight out. Breakfast was great too!

A little more attention required for booking requests where extra persons/beds are involved. We booked months in advance, contacted them twice (after booking and 24 hours before arrival) to confirm we were 2 adults and 2 children, yet on check in they told us we had only booked for 2 adults and the extra beds were not made up. We arrived late at night as pre-advised to hotel. So we had to vacate room and wait for camp beds to be brought and made. Beds were made with under sheet, no extra sheet for cover. Duvets were located in the wardrobe but no covers on them for hygemic use, plus it was too hot for duvets. No extra towels proveded for extra persons. Night staff was very nice, not his fault - this request should have been picked by management /housekeeping instructions earlier in the day.
Location 10 mins walk from airport Suite was spacious with aircon, fridge and complimentary bottle of water.

It was admittedly a hot spell (35°C+) but even with air-conditioning on full it was quite warm in the room

Only minor issue was the shower head needed replacing as a few the nozzles had fallen off so a little bit of a massage from two of the holes!

If you thinking about going earlier than check in time, you have to wait until 14:00. Which was the rule, it is fine. I was just tired and hoping if the room is ready they let me in. But no :( bugs, mosquitoes everywhere. They didn’t have a restaurant for eating. After I showered there was an awful smell in the bathroom. It was coming from drain system.
It was really close to the airport and they are providing shuttle service 24/7. Staff was kind and helpful. They have a bar and terrace for waiting/smoking/drinking. The room was clean and comfortable. AC was working well. Shower had a rain system and hot water anytime. Breakfast was nice.

The hotel is very close to the airport, you can walk if you have few bags. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The only problem was the shower that didn't work. I had to use the hand shower to take a shower. The breakfast could be better.
