Wow! What a surprise! Brand new hotel. Clean and quiet. Breakfest meets all the expectations (maybe slight variability would make it beeing perfect). Excellent and always helpful staff. Car is an advantage, but beaches are in 15min of walking range.... And 25€ prosecco as a gift at the check-out? So pleasing! We do highly recommend. Thank you guys.. :-)

The hotel was beautiful, very modern and clean, with great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty to offer. Hotel location was far enough from the hustle and bustle of the bars and clubs but literally was only a 10 minute walk to reach them. Would highly recommend staying here, great value for money

Our whole time and experience at the Ori Mare was amazing and faultless. Only slight issue, which is harsh at that, is the WIFI seemed to drop out for myself, when sat around the pool, but most likely my phone and coverage more so.

Breakfast was lovely, more continental which my girlfriend and I really didn't mind. Location was good, as it overlooked the whole of Ksamil and it was a few minutes walk to all the bars and restaurants and beaches so was quiet in the evening at the hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned regularly throughout our 5 day stay.

There is a big hill to get to it and our room had a strange vent that made a really loud sound for around 30 minutes each morning.

It was such a lovely place. Was always clean and staff were so accommodating.

The breakfast was amazing, so much variety. We loved the two pools as meant you could constantly be in the sun. The location was amazing as not too far of a walk from the main area but was in a quiet place so no disturbances at night time

Beautiful property absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was great I am coeliac and they catered to mu gluten free needs. I left lek in my room ans cleaner came running down at check out to let me know and return it. Very honest. Great friendly barman Super clean and comfortable

Hotel is very new, and clean. Bed is comfortable. The view from the room is beautiful. Breakfast was also good. Swimming pools look nice. We spent a whole week, and we enjoyed everything. Staff were very helpful. We arrived after midnight, and the guy from the reception came outside to our car, and helped to pack out.

Location was a bit far to walk to downtown/beach--doable but it would take a bit of time.

Hotel overall is great---new construction and very modern. Breakfast buffet & staff was very good. Nice to have on site parking but the driveway is so steep I tried it once and then parked on the street for the other days I was there.

Side note for anyone planning on staying here; They are located at the top of a hill which is quite steep, and the beach is around a 15/20 minute walk, all beaches are beach clubs and you will have to pay for sunloungers, if you have a car and can go up the coast I'm sure you'd find little remote beaches to go to without having to pay.

It is such a lovely hotel, attentive and incredible staff! We Stayed in Ori Mare for 5 nights after travelling down from Tirana City. The Hotel room was beautiful we had a partial Sea view, spacious and modern - they cleaned the rooms daily but you also have the option not to do it daily! They also have two decent size pools and a pool bar and they also offer pool towels for each guest! I believe it was a family-run hotel which I love, a small hotel on top of the hill! The daily breakfast was fresh and you had so many options and delicious food :) On our last day, we had to wait for our transfer to collect us around 2 pm and we asked for a later checkout and they granted this at no extra cost (this of course depends on how many check-ins they have that day so don't expect it) but we appreciated it so much! I would like to thank the bar staff, the management, the chefs, and the housekeeping staff all of them were fantastic!

There is not enough space for things, such as a closet right at the entrance.

Lovely new clean hotel. Located on a hill far from parties and loud music, but close enough to the beaches. This is very good for families with children. The staff is friendly. I liked the breakfast, it has everything you need. The pool is clean and cozy, nice decor.
