The parking situation was hard during the hours of check in. We spent 25 minutes crammed at the end of what appears to be a one way street and eventually paid for parking and then the people from the hotel told us we were supposed to to just tell one of them we were staying at the hotel and they parked the car for us.

the breakfast is very poor. they give apple and banana..a few peaces, when there are so many fruits at this time. And also no vegetables. there is just omelet or fried eggs to choose.

Breakfast was very repetitive, the only thing they had was scrambled eggs, after staying for 6 nights this got sickening.

I recently stayed at Palladium Beach Hotel in Dhërmi, the hotel’s location is unbeatable, just steps away from the crystal-clear waters of the Ionian Sea. The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and a minimalist yet stylish design. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. One of the highlights was the private beach area, which was well-maintained and equipped with comfortable sunbeds.

Booked 3 rooms somehow we only got two rooms Which was a bad way to start the stay sadly. When we got into our room it was like a sauna but we were so excited and hoped it was going to cool off which sadly it never did as the AC didn’t work. Other issues, exposed wires in the bathroom, clogged shower, door to the patio didn’t lock which created a huge safety issue as well as a knock on our door at 2 am which made the rest of the nights sleep impossible. Would never stay here again sadly. I will say however that the two girls who worked the front desk were very nice and helpful.

We excpected a good room compared with the price that we paid. The room they gave to us had a wall outside the window, and it was all dark even in the morning. We didn’t ask for a room with a view, but at least it should have a window because it might be claustrophobic. The parking during weekend was awful, even though the staff tried to be very helpful, it required 30 minutes to 1 hour at least to go out from the hotel if you want to go somewhere or to leave it. This was caused by the fact that there were more cars than space parking.

The staff were nice and gentle and the breakfast was really nice.

Fact that they cancelled my reservation and did nothing to re-accommodate me someplace else.

I was hoping to like everything as advertised but didn’t get the chance. The hotel canceled my reservation one day before the stay. I had booked a month ahead. They said ‘issues with the toilets’.

Management. The room was described to have sea view and balcony. We specially selected the room that it didn’t say that it was French balcony and where there were chairs on the balcony. We did not get it. Staff admitted that it was inaccurate description, but denied to remediate in any way. Air conditioning in rooms is really poor. The room gets really hot during the day and air conditioning is unable to get it to acceptable temperature quickly. Originally staff denied us a second key so we can keep air conditioning working throughout the day so when we get at night room can have a manageable temperature. There were other issues with the hotel like there were no water for couple hours or lock box was broken and not fixed during our stay.

Unfortunately for the price they charge they don't deliver even basic services. The hotel is still under construction and misses basics like beach towels or daily room cleaning. If you get a groundfloor room, anybody can access your balcony, and we had people fixing things on our "beach view" balcony constantly. The bathroom is very basic, and the shower floods the full floor because the water can pass the glass division. Charging full price when nothing is fully operational is not correct. They will take several month to get this running. Even once completed, it's not going to be as good as other properties for better rates by the beach. For the high price, it is better to stay in any other beach hotel and maybe choose one with a pool.

The hotel is new and at the end of the beach. So it's more quiet there. Good breakfast.

Breakfast was terrible and very poor quality. No choices at all. Water in the hotel got interrupted twice during our 3 days stay. Mattress was bended and in bad condition. You can’t sleep flat. In addition you can hear everything happening outside of the room. The hotel was still under construction. Way too overpriced.

Receptionist had an awful attitude no customer care ! No water for 24 hours during our stay ! No offer of any compensation ! Breakfast was basic and no menu offered ! Just omelette or fried eggs! Location was not good and getting your cases to the entrance was a nightmare as stairs and no offer of any help !

The window in our room was really small and not facing the beach, there wasn't a really nice view out which I feel like would have really elevated the room. The hotel at the time was still under some works to finalize their beach bar and restaurant for the summer season so we had to go next door for breakfast which wasn't amazing, wish it was a breakfast buffet.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The hotel is quite modern and seems to be new. The hotel provides sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach facing the hotel which is great.
