The road was very steep and kinda bad, so we didnt dare to go up with the car. But the walk wasnt really long (10 min), so it was ok. Beware of mosquitos (kept us up)!

The host was really nice, he waited for us because we came a little late, in the morning he made us coffee and gave us some greek candy :) His son was also very helpful - he talked to us in english, was very nice. They both made us feel very welcomed. The room was very big and the view was beautiful.

Def the access - we tried both routes and found it a bit challenging, not sure what it would be like without he a car so can’t comment. The bathrooms feels like it needs some attention, For the room we stayed even a curtain would make a massive difference and help keeping it tidy and clean. Also would be great to have breakfast served even if for extra costs. Imagine a nice coffee with views :) This is more a suggesting than a complain.

The hosts were just incredible friendly, accommodating and helpful! This really made the experience a lot better. Niko was very responsive and sent extra detailed information on how to find the property. The views were awesome, worth paying extra for sea view for sure. What a way to start your day in Himare!

The road to get there is a little bit difficult but doable.

The property was located on the top of the hill in Potam. It had a perfect view of the sea and the sunset. Our suite was equipped with everything necessary. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and great material.

the only thing I didn't like was the road👎🏻 It was very bad and potholed🙁 It was impossible to move on foot to go to the beach. It was necessary to move by car to get down to the city or to the beach

First of all the view was perfect , you can see all the city from there😍😍 and than the room was big and comfortable and so clean . The people were so nice, friendly and welcoming . Ohh and the price was sooo good , i was impressed.

The hotel is located at the top of a very steep mountain, its a tough 10-15 minute walk. The view does make up for it because its beautiful from up there.

It was about a 15 minute walk up a steep hill to get to the property. Also there was no wifi and the air conditioning was broken.

Paradise View was an incredible place to stay! As most of the other reviews mention, yes, it is a bit of a trek to get there BUT it is 100% worth the journey. The view is breath-taking and you are away from the noise of the town. The owner and his parents went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Please support this family business! We will be back!

The place had a really fantastic view. The hosts were the loveliest people. Language barrier wasn't an issue at all, they found and will always find a way to communicate and welcome their guests with a smile and 'open arms'. They were there for you, ready to answer any question you had. The walk to the center of Himare was a pleasant down hill walk, steep but charming. My mean of transportation was a car and I received a very detailed video description of how to get to the accommodation.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this place to a solo female traveler or someone with reduced mobility. As a woman I really didn’t feel safe walking there a night. Google maps will say it’s a flat walk to the hotel but it’s in fact a very steep hike up a hill, which half way there is no electricity, so the road is pitch black (had to use flashlight to navigate the road). Even taxis refuse to go up the hill as the terrain is not safe to drive. When I managed to get a taxi to drive me to the hotel, due to the lack of security giving that the road doesn’t have lights, he charged me 10€ each night. I paid 35€ a night, plus those 10€, for that price I could have stayed much closer to the beach.
