Everything else.. Hotel staff is not at all trained. At first they offered us a room at 3rd floor and didn’t even offer to carry the luggage .. there are no elevators in the hotel and hence u have to drag all ur luggage urself… Secondly we were given the keys to another person’s room and when we opened the hotel room, we were shocked to see a family in the room and so were they. We felt so embarrassed barging into someone else’s privacy because of hotel receptionist’s fault. After informing at reception, they just said a sorry but didn’t even feel apologetic of their action and simply gave another key. Thirdly, after all this when we settled in our room, hotel staff without knocking our door barged in to handover the towels. Why was this done before our checkin? It’s shameful. Breakfast is also all cold. They make in bulk in the morning. It didn’t seem fresh at all. The fried eggs were v cold. Not much options to eat. The bathroom sink was clogged. Even after telling at reception no one cared

Nothing - ticks every box - extended my stay .

Comfortable , clean , welcoming . Accessible to all beaches , cafes , shops and transport ( marina) . The hosts made me feel so welcomed , the breakfasts were generous , rooms kept clean . The views were spectacular - I will def mutely be back for longer .

There is no lift in the hotel, the bathroom is very small and very tiny we can't even bath peacefully the water will go through out the bathroom unfortunetly we stayed there for 2 day's

beautiful family run hotel in a peaceful corner of saranda. very modern and clean with the warmest welcome! public beach just a few steps down (watch the locals catch seafood in the morning). breakfast is hearty and plenty and the owners help you out with anything you need. happy I stayed here and will definitely return

The shower was really bad, and there were no hot water in the morning on the upper floor. Also breakfast was below average- mostly cold and not enough for everyone

Very nice room with a clear view of the sea and mountains, The Location was so perfect that you could hear the sound of the waves from your bed. If you want a vegetarian breakfast just let them know in advance.

Since we came in low season we were given two different room options, we chose the one in the 4th floor with a great balcony. The room was very beautiful, I can imagine being much better in Summer. The hotel is side by side with the beach.

The location is incredible, if you leave the balcony door open, you can hear the waves. View from the balcony is breathtaking. Everything you need is in walking dsitance. Hosts are very friendly and as the hotel was not sold out, we got a free upgrade to a delux room. The hotel was sparkling clean and the room quality was definitely 5 stars. Bed was very comfortable.

Excellent and friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome! Rooms are super clean and so modern. All so very nice! Wonderful, easy to find location with a fantastic view! Breakfast is very good and plentiful! We came for one night and will really hate to leave. If you stay here, you will agree with me! :o)

Would have preferred the Quadruple room on the beach front to be bigger. It squeezed in 4 beds into what usually is a double bedroom.

This hotel is run by a cute family. They were very kind, warm and treated us well! The breakfast was good and they even gave us extras when we had requested without any hesitation. Fantastic view from the rooms on the beach side and is totally worth the money. Easily accessible to the more happening spots :)
