Beautiful modern room, very spacious, very comfortable. Great location, just at the beach, restaurants and supermarket and quite close to the centre as well. Friendly staff. Interesting traditional breakfast.

For me it is not an issue, but if you have big luggages, don't take the top floor, as there is no lift.

We planned to stay only one night but decided to prolong our stay at this hotel for two more nights. The stuff was very friendly to change the rooms for better accommodation according to our wishes. The sea view from the balcony is a dream. The breakfast has different options for every taste.

The cleaning staff didn't respect my decision to rearrange small assets. Example: I put the indoor mat into the bathroom because the floor was slippery, but they put it back in the same place where it was, and eventually, completely removed it. When I used the towel instead, I found it later hanging on the sink. I didn't have chairs and a table on my balcony. The Wi-Fi was very bad. I didn't have a place for a towel in my bathroom. The Hose rack for washing was temporarily placed by silicon and it fell off in the middle of the night. The door could not close properly (I had to push harder to close them). Bad choice for a breakfast.

The staff there are pleasant and polite. The room and the hotel are clean. The beach is very close.

the owner the just walked in the room and told to a friend of mine to leave he just was waiting for me so all have a shower and we go out in town to have fun and the owner jumped in to the conclusion that hi was staying there without notifying the reception and assuming straight away that hi was staying there and walked in to the room with out knocking on the door it was an horrible experience the breakfast was disappointing and poor

Perfect place to stay whenever you visit Saranda! Best service, price and location! Right in front of the Ionian Coast (outside the balcony, the view is amazing:)) The breakfast was also delicious! This place was perfect for a family but there are different floors so it seemed suitable also for groups of friends. City center and other facilities are all nearby and the beach right next to the hotel is public which meant we did not have to pay like in private beaches! Water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming all day long! Parking is not a problem since there are plenty of spots in the hotel! Next time we are in Saranda, we are definitely choosing this place again!

Everything was perfect. From the first moments, the hotel staff helped us with parking. The hotel is very clean. The sea view from our room was spectacular. Very good breakfast. This hotel offers a lot of love from the people who work there. The little girls, very lovely, suggested the beach nearby.

Everything was fabulous.

The hotel was lovely and we had a lovely Albanian family welcome. The staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble for them. This was this first time I had visited but the 4th time my husband had stayed at The Piccolino and he wanted to share how lovely it was here. The room was spotlessly clean and it had a fabulous view from the balcony with a great beach just outside the door. In a quiet area but with supermarkets, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Breakfast was great and we had a very chilled and relaxing time. We can't wait to visit again.
