Our stay at Alberti was amazing! The place is located in Llogara Park, very close to hiking tracks and also perfect, if you want to try paragliding. The accommodation was modest but very cosy and clean, surrounded by beautiful nature. The restaurant serves fantastic food! The homemade ravioli with orange and cinnamon sauce stole my heart and I need to go back just to be able to eat it again! The place is run by a lovely family - each member was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it to everyone. Greetings, Izabela and Magnus

The bed was squeeking, and the window was facing the stairs so not so much privacy

Excellent food and very nice staff. Homemade pasta was absolutely delicious. Staff made us breakfast for early morning as we would miss it, because we were going hiking to Cika mountain.

While we ate dinner the restaurant was slow and a lot of the staff was watching videos on their phone. Obviously don’t care about them being on their phones at all (small family run place) but I just find it very rude when people watch videos with the volume up, especially in a restaurant. This seems to be an issue in general these days and I wish there could be a little more awareness of loud phone videos, especially at a restaurant. But we loved our stay here this is just a little room for improvement advice

Very close to Llogara national park. Rooms are older / outdated decor but the room was comfortable. No AC which we were worried about but the temperature was good. We ate dinner there and breakfast was included with the room; also came back from a hike for lunch and all 3 meals were great. Staff was very friendly

no air con, so the room was hot but we were able to sleep with the window open for some fresh mountain air.

absolutely beautiful location, set in the foothills of the mountains, surrounded by great hiking trails. the hotel itself full of rustic charm and pretty flowers. Loved the family running the place. really lovely conversations with them, and great advice on local hikes and public transport. and the restaurant food and wine and tea all totally delicious!!! a real treat.

Small and very basic room, many mosquitos, no mosquito net in window. Not very comfortable bed.

The room was warm, it would be good to have a fan/table fan in the room. Noise from the rooster very early in the morning .

Very nice family owned place in Llogara National park. Hiking trails right across from the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very good breakfast and great food!

There was a rain and windstorm the entire time we were there. The power was out and there was no hot water the entire time we were there. The generator was turned on to prepare meals in the restaurant but was turned off at 8:30 in the evening. The room was very small with no place to sit.

The food was excellent and the family was very helpful. They gave us good information about hiking and packed a lunch for us to take on the road.

Everything needs some maintenance, plus we were really cold. The heating was on when we arrived, but during the night they switch everything off. The shower is not separated from the floor in the bathroom, no curtain, so everything gets wet. Without heating nothing dries. Also for the dinner in their restaurant, at 6pm they were out of many dishes.

The staff is friendly but thats it.

Walls are thin-we heard all footsteps, doors banging, people talking, etc. Unfortunately, the evening we stayed, there was a dog barking for a few hours in the early morning which kept us awake.

The hosts’ sons were friendly and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more.

The room was quite small and full with flies when we checked in (like 50-100 flies). They killed all the flies with fly-spray and we cleaned them away. Worst part was the missing sound-isolation from above (you will hear steps 1:1 until after midnight) and the dog that started barking continuously from 04:14 until 05:00 when the rooster started. Solid 4 hours of sleep.

Very nice location, only 10min drive to the pass with an awesome view!

No curtains and noise from corridor/stair case and other rooms. No sound isolation. Small bathrooms with the usual flooding when showering - but slippers were provided. Only white light, as usual in Albania.

The staff was very warm and friendly and the home made pasta/wine/ olive oil/ yogurt /honey were delicious! Mother of the house aka chef did spend 20 yrs in Italy and learning culinary arts there. It shows. Hiking trail starts right there too. Beautiful garden to sit in. Bed was very comfortable too.

The bed was shaped like this - W. Huge dips on both sides, really uncomfortable. The food is great, but the service is bad. Everyone is just sat on your phone and you can’t get their attention. The mom was attentive but she was mostly in the kitchen. Wouldn’t stay again.

The food is excellent. Very fresh pasta and a big breakfast included. The coffee is extra which wasn’t indicated to us when we ordered. The location is beautiful and close to hikes.

We absolutely loved it at Alberti. The owners are so sweet, the home made pasta are delicious, and the dining room with its big fire place is super cozy! The room had everything we needed, and we went on a beautiful hike which started just outside of the hotel. We will come back some day!

The price was too high for the size of the room without a view. On top of that, the breakfast was too small and just okay. I also can't recommend their restaurant. The home made pasta portion was small, served at room temperature and pricy. The typical Albanian food was nothing special either.

The staff was friendly, always willing to help and communicating in English was possible.
