Style, location at the hill and quality

People smoking cigarettes at the inside pool area was very unexpected and since it's open area - you can't get away from the smell every time someone stops smoking... Imo, a dedicated smoking zone away from the public area would be cool, especially since this is a family spa and there are lots of families with small kids all around.

We had a weekend getaway in the spring time at Select Hill Resport and it has exceeded our expectations! We were very well met at the front desk (thank you, Keisi!) had room upgrade from mountain view to pool view (due to hotel not being full, but still very nice bonus) and very enjoyed our stay overall. Outside pool wasn't still working due to off-season, but it was actually good to avoid crowds, loud music and pool parties, but inside pool was large, comfy and comfortable. They also have lots of spa zones, massages, hot tubs, jaccuzzi and so on. A separate like is their restaurant - we had both lunch and dinner there and both times it was superb! Separate thanks to the 'master chef' cat Alfred, who lives at the hotel and visited us at the restaurant and in the lobby :-D

Towels and robes that have visible wear and tear should be replaced. Bigger robes should be available not only medium size. Saunas should be equipped with timers.

Beautiful view on the valley and city, spacious rooms, professional staff. Both inside and outside pools are amazing. Parking is available on site.

I had the most incredible experience at this 5-star resort! The indoor pool and spa in this place are pure luxury, offering total relaxation. The views is breathtaking, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety. The staff was attentive and made everything perfect. Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

5-star experience throughout from the very beginning. Any questions before the trip were responded promptly and kept us well informed and ready for the stay. The resort has great facilities, with indoor and outdoor swim pools, steam room, sauna, ice bath, very well equipped gym and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The biggest shout goes to the staff, they were super helpful, accommodating and friendly at all times, making the stay so much more enjoyable! :) Definitely will be coming back in the future!

Smartly equipped rooms, especially good service, everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Lots of parking options, great outdoor and indoor pools, the restaurant serves very tasty food, but I think after 4 days it can get a little boring, because the selection is not the biggest

Everything was wonderful.

We arrived at the hotel after a long journey from the UK with young children (8yr and 6yr). We had a very warm welcome from Xhesi, and Juli looked after us very well throughout our stay, and gave us useful tips for travelling in Albania. Thank you to you both and to all the staff who were wonderful. The food and drinks prices were also reasonably priced. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and the spa facilities. It was the perfect place to relax at the start of our holiday before travelling down South. The kids loved the indoor pool. The views were beautiful and it was a lovely place to soak up the local Albania culture with very few tourists. There were local weddings held at the hotel in a separate area from the guests. The music around the pool and restaurants were chilled with a great ambiance. We will definitely be staying again.
