Everything was perfect, starting from the welcoming staff in the entrance door and moving on to the room, spa and the amazing food.

Stunning location and absolutely amazing facilities. The view out over of the mountains and Tirana is fantastic and the pools are fabulous, really couldn’t ask for better. The spa facilities are also incredible - huge indoor pool, jacuzzi, salt room, saunas etc and a huge and well-equipped gym. Our room was huge and very comfortable, with a balcony looking out over the pool and view. The hotel is only a short journey from Tirana and the cable car & the amazing Kapelet restaurant are only a short car ride away. The staff at Select Hill were fantastic and went out of their way to help at every opportunity. A big thank to Uend on reception, who helped us out with taxis, cars and a room change. We had an amazing time and will definitely be staying again.

The staff is very friendly and does everything they can to help you. Breakfast is superb and the swimmingpool and wellness are wonderful. The area is beautiful. I sure would like to go there again for another fantastic holiday!

This hotel was absolutely amazing! From the staff to the food, they really went out of their way to make my birthday special. I’m so happy I chose this hotel for my first time in Albania. And can I just say the receptionist UEND was just so amazing!! He is the best and I will certainly return.

We would have liked coffee and milk in the rooms and when we visited in September not all of the spa facilities were turned on.

We loved the beautiful location, delicious food and really friendly helpful staff. Felt that our whole stay was really relaxing and we were well looked after. It’s more expensive than average for Albania but well worth what you get. Amazing pool, lovely rooms and the spa was a lovely added extra.

Lots of people buy day passes to the poolarea which works as a beach club with loud music and day drinking.

I cannot complain, the resort was absolutely stunning, the facilities were beyond 5 star and the staff were top tier. I will definitely be visiting again. This was the highlight of my stay in Albania.

Staff was not reallly polite. The pool is visited mainly by people who are there for one afternoon, so very crowded area. Also the breakfast was mediocre and the room had no seperate shower and a dirty bathtub. We expected more for the price.

outdoor pool currently under construction, but not a huge issue as the indoor pool is fantastic.

The pool and spa facilities are great, incredible value for money. Location is also very good with a great view of the mountains, only a 15-20 minute drive to the centre of Tirana. Continental breakfast is decent, and the hotel restaurant food options are good with lots of variety - I’d recommend the traditional tava! The staff were exceptional and catered to all of our needs, especially Awad who was great. 😎
