I had a wonderful stay. Ina and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious. The location was ideal for access to the bus stops and pedestrian zones.

There is a lot I would like to say about my stay. My father and I felt like the hotel and the staff were one big family for us. Everything was great, all the staff and owners were so friendly and amazing and no matter how much I write it will not be enough. I recommend everyone to come and enjoy their stay in this wonderful hotel, to meet the amazing people and also visit this fascinating village where everyone just enters your heart with their kindness. The staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming, Ida the receptionist was very helpful and accomodated us The room was spatious and very comfortable and we also enjoyed the delicious fresh homemade breakfast We loved the convenient location in the heart of Shkodra.

Amazing place, the stuff was very polite and educated. The rooms were amazing and good isolated that you couldn’t hear nothing from outside. Amazing showers and beds that provide you a comfort sleep which is very important. Huge balcony and good view.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an amazing experience! The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of fresh and delicious options, including unique traditional Albanian dishes. Every morning felt like a new treat! The service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The hotel was spotless—everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to our room. The location is perfect—convenient to all the spots we wanted to visit. The rooms were bright and spacious, filled with natural light from the many windows, and the air felt fresh and clean. Everything was great.

We loved everything about our stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good. The hotel is steps away from the bus stop to Tirana and just a couple of minutes away from the pedestrian walking street where there are shops and restaurants. The best part of this hotel is the staff. Amazing service!! They are the friendliest and so helpful. They helped us with transportation to Theth and Tirana and let us store bags while we went to Theth for a couple of days. They even gave us a to-go breakfast on the morning we went to Theth. We cannot say enough nice things about this hotel.

Ida, the front desk person, was a joy to work with. From helping us to park to taking care of the room, her service was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is perfectly located. We walked to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was also exceptionally good and delicious!

My only complaint was regarding poor communication on managing transportation to the Komani ferry. We got there in the end but a ball got dropped in the process. Quite possibly could have been a language issue.

From the moment we arrived, someone came out to help us park and then help get us settled in our room. The room was everything we could ask for…spacious, clean, comfortable, and light. In addition, the breakfast was varied and plentiful. Omelettes were cooked to order. The staff was available, friendly, and helpful.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at! The staff were unbelievably helpful and so friendly. Every time we passed through reception they stood up, greeted us and asked if there was anything we needed. They organised our washing for a bargain price, returned folded on our bed the next day. They got us some milk to have with our cup of tea, parked our car for us! The room was large and had a nice view, breakfast was great with lots of variety. Great location close to the pedestrian area. We loved it!
