when we came. The electricity was off. When we want to shower, no hot water. After like one hour it was good, bus still.. you are in the mountain, and after hike you are excepting more comfort. No door to the bathroom.

The food chocies were quite limited, however, the hotel is in a very remote location so it is understandable.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Thethi. The views were amazing and the room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our room wasn't quite finished, some loose wires, but would love to come back in a few years. It was a fair walk uphill from town, which we didn't mind, but a shuttle bus could be an idea for the future.

It was cold. AC was not working. There was no tv. This maybe because hotel was not finished yes.

The room was very nice, cozy, with a bathtub. They gave us an upgraded deluxe room with 2 floors. The boy who waited for us at 11pm was very nice. He even served us dinner even thought it was past restaurant hours. It made us feel like home. Views are great. They also allowed us to bring our dog

I stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. the hotel was expanding and there was work during the day, but I was not notified in advance. The view from the room was beautiful, but unfortunately the curtains had to be closed all time because people were passing through the window. As well as the acoustic insulation was not good, noises could be heard from outside.

Hotel is still under construction, keep that in mind. Rooms aren’t fully completed either - there are wires and pipes hanging off, TV was not working, shower hose was broken so the water was spraying all over the place when taking showers

The pool and jacuzzi were not functioning, and there wasn't proper heating in the room.

we had an amazing time. The view of the Albanian mountains is breathtaking, and the room itself was perfect, especially with a bathtub you could fill with hot water when it was freezing outside. The hotel manager is incredibly kind, helpful, and thoughtful, which made a huge difference in our stay.

There were some minor issues with electricity but this is typical for the region at times.

The breakfast was plentiful, the host and the others were really nice in providing information and fulfilling our requests. The view is astounding.

The first room we were given had no heating and it was a pretty cold night. Upon mention, the owner change the room immediately and everything was perfect.

The room was a little unclean, the floor was dusty when we arrived. The restaurant only offers a set menu which is bad for any dietary requirements. It’s also very unclear how to get there from the road/ it’s a half hour walk from Theth and a taxi is €15. It is clearly a work in progress and some things could be altered to make it the 5 star hotel that it aspires to be.

Gorgeous room, lovely to have a bath after a day of hiking! The view is stunning and everything is so modern and high standard. The staff were friendly and the owner was lovely and very helpful. They also help you to get a shuttle back to Shkoder.

They gave us a heads up on check in about the WiFi, some rooms you don’t get it. We were lucky enough to get a room with a router on it, so we had no issues, but in most cases it’s only possible to get WiFi in the common areas. Also, the hotel is still under construction, so parking was a bit chaotic and there is still some noise coming from this, but I guess this is temporary

The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The shower had a structure for it, unlike many other bathroom we found throughout Albania, so this was a plus! We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and it was very good! In 10min you could get to the small village of Theth, so great location. The hotel has a big nice balcony that overlooks the Alpes, so it’s amazing to have your meals there. The staff are also very nice and helpful, and they all speak English. All in all, a very nice hotel to stay and explore the area

just keep in mind that the hotel is still under construction, some areas are still unfinished wich are not showed on the website or on their ig, so during our stay you could hear construction noises in the morning so just mind that until they finish. the rooms are finished and very nice.

The staff was really nice and very helpful with everything, breakfast and dinner were very filling and delicious, the rooms were just like the pictures very new and super comfortable, they have an incredible view of the mountains which just makes the stay incredible.

Hotel is still under construction, although it will be great once finished. We unfortunately were allocated the room next to the kitchen which had a mouldy smell and was quite noisy at night. I think if we had booked the more expensive rooms our experience would have been totally different - so highly recommended this place but definitely go for the more expensive rooms, not the basic ones.

Amazing views, so beautiful and peaceful to sit on the terrace or near the pool and watch the mountains. Pool area is great! Breakfast was also very good with lots of variety and beautifully presented. Staff were kind and helpful.

You should expect company in your room since you are in nature (bugs and spiders) *and this is in all theth* No ac or fan since the place is cold The place should put nets on windows to reduce the amount of bugs entering

Place was not finished yet (Pool not yet filled with water, some electricity cables still come out of the walls, …), this should be told to the guest before arrival. WiFi is not reaching our room (villa 4). Sometimes electricity drops out. This is why we could only pay cash on checking out, probably due to the isolated and beautiful location!

Fabulous location with the most friendly staff! Breakfast and diner was one of the best we had in Albania! Really recommend this place!
