Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Lots of noise can be heard from outside. Incase you think of cooking there’s no cooker/sink etc just microwave
Great location, comfortable beds, was able to leave luggage before check in time.

I stayed at the hostel for 3 nights. From check-in till the end of my stay, everything was more than I expected. It's a quiet, clean and well decorated hostel in the middle of the center. The internet was speed if you're working remotely. Special thanks to Marko, for his suggestions and also help about my late checkin 🖤

Very happy with my stay. A modern brand new hostel located in the centre of Tirana with separate bathrooms for ladies and gents, a powerful shower with hot water. A good WiFi, a key and a locker for putting away my personal belongings, a walled plug in the middle of each bed to charge the phone, also a round table and 4 chairs inside the bedroom. There is a French door to the small balcony for fresh air. Luckily I've got my earplugs for my 3 good night sleeps there, due to its amazing location. A nice long sofa to sit down, socialise or to eat food. A microwave, an electric hob, kettles, crockery and cutlery provided. The last but not least a big praise to Marko for accommodating all my requests and questions, also to the cleaning lady.

The hostel is easy to find. It is close to the center and close to a big artificial lake park. It is clean, has a laundry and two bathrooms. The hostel is small, comfortable and cozy. You can get some remote work done but don't expect too much. It's not a workspace. The kitchen is very basic. The people at the reception are friendly and helpful. It also felt safe.

The hostel was clean and the location was really central. The guy at the reception was really friendly and the overall atmosfeer was good. Would definitely recommend!

The bed was not comfortable. There was no mirror & side table in the room. There was no actual kitchen.
The location was amazing. Staff was good. Room was budget friendly. Daily House keeping. Men & Women separate washroom.

The bathroom was shared. It was not kept clean most of the time. The hygiene of the bathroom bothered me.
I stayed in a girls room for 4 people. It had 2 bunk beds, I was very happy with the upper bunk bed. The beds were large, it had a balcony (great if you smoke) and a view of the city. The air conditioning was also adequate. Also the staff was very helpful.

The property is very neat and near to the Tirana Centre. Everything as shown in the pictures. The only problem we had was the other roommates who had no respect for others and making noise in mid night and early morning.

The place is in front of a main street with lots of restaurants, etc. That's something that made the first night (Friday) a bit difficult for sleeping.

The men's bathroom is just really bad. The shower curtain is a joke and makes a mess anytime takes a shower. Also, I wouldn't book here in high season, as there's only one male one female bathroom, so it's going to be chaos.
Location is fabulous close to the Tirana Park, as well as great cafes, sights, and not far from the airport shuttle. The dorm was decent with a decent quality mattress, and big lockers.
