The property is very nice inside. The location is perfect! The room had a Jacuzzi tub! The sea view from the balcony was perfect. Even the breakfast was outstanding. Parking was free.

The sidewalks around the area are still work-in progress, but it was just a minor inconvenience.

We were a bigger group to make a booking with Triumf and were all satisfied with the premises and the excellent service. The front desk was constantly staffed and always willing to help with any enquiries we had; the swimming pool on the rooftop was the perfect oasis of relaxation, and the newly-built rooms had great amenities, from comfortable bed, to reliable air-conditioning and a modern, clean bathroom. The area around the hotel is full of eating options (all price ranges) and we found it quite easy to navigate.

I was there with 15 friends to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing stay and got the best out it due to fantastic and friendly staff. Honestly, I travel a lot and I can tell you that in this hotel the staff is exceptional!! Helpful and friendly but as well discreet. The breakfast was good and the restaurant serves a delicious food.

Everything was good but I think the breakfast needed more local food. Albania has great jam, fruits and yoghurt and hams/cheese/salami

Great location right on the beach, and a couple minutes walk up to the centre, or a couple minutes walk down the other direction to the quiet part of the beach. Rooftop swimming pool and bar were great with an amazing sunset view.

The room had several issues initially; it was unclean, the curtains were damaged, and the towel cabinet was broken. The elevator had some problems, such as delays and abrupt stops. Additionally, the breakfast was not good enough, and the coffee was very bad. I would not recommend it to coffee enthusiasts.

The location was good and the place was nice, with sufficient parking and very good hotel staff who helped with everything.

Even though I was there for work, I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect, the breakfast was plentiful, there were many types of food from sweet,salty, coffee, fruit juice, all in one price. I wouldn't change the restaurant for anything in Shengjin, the chef was fantastic, I've never tried better seafood dishes. If you want to see a fantastic sunset, just go out to the pool on the rooftop and you have a fantastic relaxing view where it is relaxing. The staff was fantastic and helped if you needed anything.

The staff were great, except the girl working at the reception. She wasn't cordial at all and didn't smile for a single second.

Reception staff, not all of them, one i particular- very rude person. Swimming pool, does not meet minimum of standards to be a swimming pool and remain open. Birds residue, chemicals open and of an easy reach for kids.

New built, fresh an clean. Food is excellent especially dinner . The young chef is exceptional, knows how to cock.
