Rooms and toilets and showers are tired. Toilets and showers are very squashed together, with better design and updated facilities the hotel has great potential.

Location was very good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good surrounding was good, bed linens were clean, although language barrier with staff like stilliano and lliana they tried there best to assist.

Bathroom extremely small and humid. However everything worked and there was a hairdryer. It was ok.

All the staff in this hotel were very polite and professional !! They treated us with respect and made us feel welcomed. Very good breakfast, with fresh eggs, cheese, tomatoes, warm bread, juices, coffee and everything we desired. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could be better. Overall it's been a pleasant night!

The air con was broken however they offered alternative room and gave complementary bottles of water for the inconvenience.

We had 5 rooms and almost everyone had something not working, such as AC, toilet didn’t flush properly. Only some of staff very accommodating. Some didn’t understand English, not too convenient. No elevator.

Breakfast was poor, but probably because there were not many guests during my stay. It is understandable that they did not want to waste for the sake of serving a few people.

The shower leaked water, so the entire bathroom got soaked. The breakfast was ok, but also very limited in choices (eggs or toast). The entire hotel also was pretty empty which gave an unsettling feeling, as only a few other people seemed to be staying there.

Shower floor was dirty, not because of cleaning, because of time.. yellow 😬 and there was only one pair of flipflops and one shower rope (hanging there- i dont know was it clean or dirty), even i booked room for 2 persons..

Hotel was better than i thought. Good value for money.

No elevator (the room was at 2nd floor). The cappuccino at breakfast had to be paid for, the fruit juice was not, I didn't understand why ....

Everything was perfect

Nice place nice people very friendly and helpful staff specially the receptionist barman! Everything that we needed we had it ! Treated us like family !

Everything broke: shower, toilet, bedsheets, breakfast style interesting, but very tasty. Not a season for this hotel, but some things should be fixed. After taking shower we could not reach the toilet, water was everywhere. Very cold, windows not quality. With kids we were sent to highest level.... I think it was a workers level.

In general was beautiful place, nice stuff.

Very unprofessional! Have booked 2 rooms, 2 weeks before our "stay". A day before I received a message from the property manager requesting our cancellation, which of course I didn't do. The day of the booking we have called the property to confirm our stay, with the person who answered said that they will send an email confirming our stay. No email has been received and since our booking was showing as a confirmed on booking.com app we headed to the property at around 7.15 pm. To our surprise they told us that they have no rooms available (1 quadruple & 1 triple) the ones we have booked. After 12 long hours travelling with 2 young children and elderly people, this is not what we expected! We have decided not to stay at this place as the staff were very rude and unprofessional! Be careful when booking this property!

The room had dirty walls and cabinets, the bathroom is really dated,the shower was dirty and the doors didn’t close all the way so water got out, the sheet on the bed was torn and had a stain on it.

We felt we had been clickbaited because they mentioned a pool view for the room.. but we couldn't see the EMPTY swimming-pool from our room.

For the price it’s really hard to find fault but for me I think the bathroom is a bit small and probably is due updating - but saying that I’ve paid far more and had far smaller and more dated bathrooms. End of the day all clean and working in there so what do you need.

Lovely big and airy property with quite a ‘grand’ feel to it; all very spacious and loads of free parking. Staff were absolutely fantastic - I arrived late and they had everything waiting for me; i fancied a quick beer before turning in and although everything was shut they went and got me a bottle; at breakfast I was the only person in there (I didn’t breakfast till 930) and they offered to make what I fancied - in the end they made a fresh omelette with feta and sausage with olives and other salad veg with way more toast than I could eat). Service was absolutely brilliant - everyone so attentive.

This feels like the start of a bad horror movie. We were the only guests and they still did give us a room that was properly working (the toilet was making the noise of an airplane landing each time you flush it). Not to mention the fridge in the breakfast area (looks like the dairy products are all gone off). The staff don’t have anything to do so they are just hovering around which makes it even creepier…. Also they are probably so bord that they played music super loud till late.Luckily we only stayed one night. We were rather uncomfortable to stay but had no choice as we discovered the hotel too late.
