we had a short power outage in the house and there were quite a few bugs and worms inside.

The guys working there were very welcoming and cooked an amazing meal for dinner for us. also the shower was great and the beds were super comfortable.

I was travelling with a puppy dog and it was not very crowded on the camping so I let him walk free for a bit. It seemed like there were some problems with throwing away the waste and (I think) food leftovers. This did result in my dog eating bones and plastic and getting sick.

We liked the way they built and located the camping. It was easy to reach and there were different ways to stay such as camper; houses and small houses. There was also a swimming pool; bar and small restaurant; and even an outdoor bar which was currently under construction (in Oktober 2024). There were plenty of (private) sitting spots outdoor for small groups as well... It was not very busy at that time; but we imagine that this camping is offering a very nice experience in spring and summer...

We stayed in the room inside the windmill. At first, we thought it would be a great and fun idea. But then we found out it was the worst decision ever. I understand that in the nature you can find insects, but in this case, we had hard insects, similar to beetles, falling from the ceiling , it was a nightmare. Plus, it seems there’s termites or something similar since there was constant wood dust falling over the bed. Worms, ants and spiders inside the sheets during the night. They could fumigate from time to time. Lastly, the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned, the sheets didn’t smelled fresh.

The staff is very friendly, the place itself is nice, other than the windmill, the bungalows look amazing

Our room was next to a shared bathroom and toilet. And someone decided to make love in it at 12:00 AM. We had to fall asleep to the sounds of yeeee-yeeee-yeeee.

It is not in the center of skoder. For us this was no problem since we got a car and drove to the center, and you are picked up and dropped off at the place before and after the hike.

The owners can help you with preparing/ buy tickets for your hike to Valbone/Theth. Also the swimming pool is great!

Some facilities were lacking, like : Barely any light in the bathroom No shower tray or squeezer in bathroom so floor by toilet was wet after a shower No towel rack on anywhere to hand towel Wifi in cabin was weak No insect deterrent plug

Its around 10 min drive out of the centre and the environment is very calm

The trashcans on the campground were all full, with trash stacked up next to it. They should clean the trash. It gives the place a shaby immage.

The location is really on the edge of town next to a junkyard, that is not so nice. The double room (triangle shape) are nice but there are some finishing touches missing (e.g there is a TV but the plug is not long enough to be plugged in.) In another room the bugs could fly in through the bathroom. The pool didn’t seem super clean. I think with some small changes this small camping would be a great little place.

It is one of the only places in the area with a swimming pool with enough sun beds/ parasols. The pool is why we booked it :) It’s also good that they have a restaurant with nice and very affordable food as there is nothing close by. The staff is helpful and friendly.

There were some strange smells coming from the shower drain.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome bonus during our summer stay. The food was tasty. Buses to and from the mountains collected us from Windmill.

The area into the property had a lot of broken cars, was off putting, the fridge was broken and froze everything we had in the fridge which caused some major problems for the whole trip

The cabin was very large, great pool area and the owner was really helpful, you can get a great macchiato here!

The beds were semi comfortable. Also the aircon didn’t reach the upper floor so we had to get creative to get cool airflow to the bed haha We had a rental car, so the accommodation was very reachable for us, however, we don’t think it’s in walkable distance to the city center.

Our tiny house was beautiful! Also the pool area was nice. People at the windmill were super friendly and helpful. We loved the cats at the property 🫶🏼

The bike was not in the best condition.

The Camping is located nicely and calmly in the ourskirts in direction towards the lake. The small House was nice. As well as the Pool and the avaibility of a bike.

A lovely campsite just outside Shkoder. We stayed in the stone cabin rooms. The place is rustic and basic but that is its charm. It is run by a hard working and welcoming family. They also run a restaurant and bar from the site too. We loved our stayed here.

The only bad thing is that there are too many different kinds of bugs in the rooms which made my stay uncomfortable.

Comfy room with private toilet and bathroom, shampoo and towels are provided, there is wifi in the room, there is a swimming pool and it’s possible to easily park the car. It’s not in the center so it’s quiet and it takes 30 minutes to reach the city center by foot. There are several options for breakfast. The man in charge is very kind, very friendly and ready to help with everything to have a good stay.

They need to sort out Toilet and bath area. They have to change our room due to drain smell, which they took action promptly. As per them the new room is honeymoon suite. Toilet and bath area have no sort of door and electric wares are hanging every where in bath area which is very dangerous.

Used soap bar on sink: a fresh one would have been more hygienic and looked nicer; Nowhere to hang any clothes (or eg.wet jackets) and nowhere to put muddy shoes; (there was a lot of mud outside as still in building process).

Nice and quirky sleeping in a "windmill- style" room :) The hot water was great! Owner very friendly and helpful. Chickens, duck, sheep nearby gave it a nice rural atmosphere.
