I keep returning to Tumo 1+1 as if it were my second home. The staff, as always, is exceptional, making me feel like a long-awaited guest every time. This time, they even upgraded my room, which was a wonderful surprise and added to the comfort of my stay. Truly a welcoming and exceptional experience!

Kitchen was a bit messy. The mens toilet was very dirty as a guest vomitted there. They cleaned it next day.

I’ve stayed at many hostels all across the world and this one is definitely amongst the best. Super clean, friendly staff, amazing facilities (computers, working spaces, laundry room, …)

Everything was incredibly good and spotless. Dorm was so spacious which makes up for sharing the place. I could also use the laundry for free. This place is ideal for those who work remotely and study -- there's also a library!! This is most likely the best hostel I've ever stayed at. Last but not least, the staff -- with particular mention to guy at the reception and the brunette lady --- were always so kind. If again in Dilijan, will be surely back.

1. It would be better to have a bracket in the bathroom for guests to put small items such as soap and combs; and add a few hooks for guests to hang bath towels and clean clothes, as well as dirty clothes. 2. The curtains of the dormitory beds need to be extended, the current ones cannot cover the entire bed. 3. There are not enough sockets in the dormitory rooms. There is a USB socket at the head of the bed but the iPhone cannot be used. Of course, guests can go to the leisure area, where there are enough sofas and sockets.

This is probably the best hostel in Armenia, with great facilities, cleanliness, generosity, and friendly staff. They offer free laundry and drying services, and I also enjoyed a rich free breakfast when I stayed there. But I would like to say something to future guests. This hostel is very generous, as a guest, just enjoy this generosity, but please cherish it and don't abuse it. Because during my stay, I saw some guests abuse the laundry service many times. One time they only had a few small underwear, which didn't look dirty at all, but chose a program of over 2 hours; another time they had two bath towels, one large and one small, and also chose a program of over 2 hours. This is definitely an abuse of the free service provided by the hostel. For myself, I don't use the laundry service so frequently, I only use it when I have enough clothes to wash and I always chose the program of less than 1 hour because normally my clothes wouldn't be that dirty. In fact, if you abuse any benefits, it seems that you don't need to pay, but from a deeper level, it is actually consuming your own blessings. It is equivalent to you owe the hostel, and God will make you repay it in the future. So, never abuse anything, because that's your own thing, no matter it appears to be yours or not.

Amazing location in the centre of town. The hostel is really well organised, immaculately clean and the staff are kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and slept so well...highly recommend!

Felt bad that I had to leave this place.

It's definitely one of the best hostels that I ever stayed in. The story behind this hostel is also very innovative and inspiring as the profits go to the education of the youngsters. So it's a good cause. Special shout out to staff, Dianna and Telman (sorry if I did not write it correctly). They were always here to help and ask if I needed any help. Well done, guys, and keep smashing it. Btw. Very good wifi and co-working area if you need to work.

The perfect hostel. Great location as a base for long hiking days. Great room, very secure. Amazing common area with lots of board games. Spacious kitchen. Great manager. Used the computers in the public library free of charge to apply for a job. All just 10/10!

It was so great I came back a second time ! The rooms were hotel standard with the added bonus of having a spacious well-equipped kitchen, if you like to cook ! The staff were friendly and helpful and it felt good knowing the money went into creative education.

Kitchen and hang out Area 5 flora away from dorms. Spartan kitchen: not even salt to use! Lack of backpackers vibe.

A couple of times the water in my bathroom stopped working but it came back on after five minutes.

Very good value for money. Decent sized room and bathroom. Close to the centre and places to eat. Free washing and drying machines to use. It’s also funding a lovely initiative.
