Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PolandGreat hotel ! Amazing staff, tasty breakfast with a view of Ararat. The food was fresh and you could feel they are good quality. The parking was public on the street and during the day it was hard to find a spot but in the evening it was ok.

United Arab EmiratesIt's a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist area and gets tiring but cabs are easily available. There was an old gentleman at the reception one night who doesn't speak any English and came across a little rude and gruff when we asked for an extra blanket. But again, it was a minor thing and it shouldn't stop anyone from booking this hotel. The other members of the staff more than made up for it.
The interiors and overall aesthetics are spot on. A lot of attention to details is clearly visible. Every nook and corner is insta-worthy, including the beautiful rooftop cafe and terrace. The size of the room and bathroom is more than generous. The old-style bath tub is a blessing when you're tired after a long day walking in the city.

IndiaNothing too important. It would have been nice if they had electric kettle in the room though.
Great hotel. Very nice decor and construction. Room was large. Breakfast fixed but quite tasty. Wonderful service at the restaurant. Not far from the center of the town but you will need a taxi probably.

RussiaThere wasn't a kettle in the room. But one can order tea or coffee from the restaurant. The chairs were a bit dirty.
I liked this vibrant atmosphere and room decoration. I got a room named after the chess master Petrosyan. Excellent breakfasts. SPA in the same building.

GeorgiaI had an exceptional stay at the Apricot Hotel in Yerevan, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. The hotel's breakfast spread is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day on the right note. The friendly and attentive staff are always ready to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for, making the experience truly memorable. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated close to key attractions, cafes, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for exploring Yerevan. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Despite ongoing construction near the hotel, it’s worth noting that it doesn't cause any disturbance as the work happens only during daytime hours. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality, the Apricot Hotel is an excellent choice. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Yerevan!

United Arab Emiratesthere should be a small workdesk for using laptop and other office works. Wardrobe was fitted in first room, but it would have been better if it in master bed as well
The room was more bigger than expected. It was having a nice view. Sofa bed was big enough for 2 people to sleep. There was a common kitchen serving tea, coffee, water, few cutleries

FranceAs others have mentioned, a boiler in the room would be a nice addition. There were ongoing works going on outside of my view, nothing that can be done about it and it will probably be nice when finished. The noise didn't bother me and the view during the day and sunset was still incredible.
Apricot Hotel is a place with soul. The decoration, furniture, carpets, names of room, everything is tasteful and results in an authentic atmosphere. I stayed for work only one night, the room was big and with beautiful light. it felt peaceful and inspiring. Staff was extremely helpful and available.

IsraelThere's no kettle/coffee machine in any of the rooms, only a common kitchenette on the floor, which is less convenient. I wish there was an option to prepare hot drinks in one's room.
Apricot Hotel is located very close to the city center and has a magnificent view of Ararat (on clear days). The breakfast is either made for each guest, or there's a nice buffet. The rooms are very spacious, for the most part (perhaps too large).

IsraelThe only thing missing is a nice option to make tea and coffee in the rooms themselves, and perhaps, for the price, it's to be expected to have a coffee machine (capsules) in the room.
The Apricot is a great cozy little spot, with huge rooms, but few actual amenities that I cared about (e.g. no kettle in the room). The breakfast is either made individually or there's a small buffet, with not a huge selection, but it's all high quality stuff. The view of Ararat mountains on a clear day is amazing, so I'd recommend it just for that. The in-house restaurant is also very good, I would highly recommend it just for the option to have a great dinner without going too far.
