Great hotel ! Amazing staff, tasty breakfast with a view of Ararat. The food was fresh and you could feel they are good quality. The parking was public on the street and during the day it was hard to find a spot but in the evening it was ok.

It's a 15-20 minute walk to the main tourist area and gets tiring but cabs are easily available. There was an old gentleman at the reception one night who doesn't speak any English and came across a little rude and gruff when we asked for an extra blanket. But again, it was a minor thing and it shouldn't stop anyone from booking this hotel. The other members of the staff more than made up for it.

The interiors and overall aesthetics are spot on. A lot of attention to details is clearly visible. Every nook and corner is insta-worthy, including the beautiful rooftop cafe and terrace. The size of the room and bathroom is more than generous. The old-style bath tub is a blessing when you're tired after a long day walking in the city.

Nothing too important. It would have been nice if they had electric kettle in the room though.

Great hotel. Very nice decor and construction. Room was large. Breakfast fixed but quite tasty. Wonderful service at the restaurant. Not far from the center of the town but you will need a taxi probably.

There wasn't a kettle in the room. But one can order tea or coffee from the restaurant. The chairs were a bit dirty.

I liked this vibrant atmosphere and room decoration. I got a room named after the chess master Petrosyan. Excellent breakfasts. SPA in the same building.

Everything was perfect - starting from location, interior and facilities, comfy beds and linen, super breakfast top-floor area (with a stunning terrace during warm season).. I really appreciated stylish authentic interior with the cinema historic personages. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional stay at the Apricot Hotel in Yerevan, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful city. The hotel's breakfast spread is outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start your day on the right note. The friendly and attentive staff are always ready to ensure every guest feels welcome and cared for, making the experience truly memorable. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated close to key attractions, cafes, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for exploring Yerevan. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and extremely comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. Despite ongoing construction near the hotel, it’s worth noting that it doesn't cause any disturbance as the work happens only during daytime hours. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality, the Apricot Hotel is an excellent choice. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Yerevan!

there should be a small workdesk for using laptop and other office works. Wardrobe was fitted in first room, but it would have been better if it in master bed as well

The room was more bigger than expected. It was having a nice view. Sofa bed was big enough for 2 people to sleep. There was a common kitchen serving tea, coffee, water, few cutleries

As others have mentioned, a boiler in the room would be a nice addition. There were ongoing works going on outside of my view, nothing that can be done about it and it will probably be nice when finished. The noise didn't bother me and the view during the day and sunset was still incredible.

Apricot Hotel is a place with soul. The decoration, furniture, carpets, names of room, everything is tasteful and results in an authentic atmosphere. I stayed for work only one night, the room was big and with beautiful light. it felt peaceful and inspiring. Staff was extremely helpful and available.

There's no kettle/coffee machine in any of the rooms, only a common kitchenette on the floor, which is less convenient. I wish there was an option to prepare hot drinks in one's room.

Apricot Hotel is located very close to the city center and has a magnificent view of Ararat (on clear days). The breakfast is either made for each guest, or there's a nice buffet. The rooms are very spacious, for the most part (perhaps too large).

The only thing missing is a nice option to make tea and coffee in the rooms themselves, and perhaps, for the price, it's to be expected to have a coffee machine (capsules) in the room.

The Apricot is a great cozy little spot, with huge rooms, but few actual amenities that I cared about (e.g. no kettle in the room). The breakfast is either made individually or there's a small buffet, with not a huge selection, but it's all high quality stuff. The view of Ararat mountains on a clear day is amazing, so I'd recommend it just for that. The in-house restaurant is also very good, I would highly recommend it just for the option to have a great dinner without going too far.
