Just there was no tableau for hostel that caused confusion in the time of our entrance to find the hostel Hostel has been located on fifth floor and there is no lift, but reception man was too kind to carry our luggages, although it was too late, when we reached at the place.

Location was great. Hostel was clean. Luisa in reception was an amazing. Most friendly person I meet ever at hotels/Hostels. She speaks perfect English, Russian if someone really needs and also even Azerbaijani and Turkish languages.

The manager and employees of this hostel are the main reason of its success. They are hardworkers, very helpful, and care of guests comfort. Big kitchen with all necessities, clean, good wifi and location, 24/24 Air conditioner and reception, nice balcony. *Remember to read the email from the hostel that informs you of the building door code.

Hostel entrance could be better mark on the street. Furthermore, the shower cabins are small and it's hardly possible to change your clothes inside - at least adding some hangs would be useful.

Definitely the biggest advantage of this place is good location and 24 hours reception, what make possible to have immediate rest even after arriving just before dawn.

The mattress is comfortable but the upper bunk bed is so low even a child cannot sit up in the lower bed. There is no reading lamp or curtains at the beds. The shower needs more hooks to hang clothes. Everything is basic but works. But with this price I think it is very good value.

The location is really in the center. The owner and Mara the lady who works there are very nice and helpful. Kitchen is big with seating. The room has air-conditioning. Everything is kept very clean and works well. It's very quiet and I sleep well. Great price.

Top floor without elevator can be challenging if your bag is heavy. On Main Street so there was some traffic noise. Two brief blackouts in the space of two hours were annoying given one occurred during my shower! Wifi wasn’t strong enough to work in my room.

Excellent location, right in the centre of Yerevan. Staff were super friendly, they helped carry my bag up the stairs, and advised me on where I could get something printed nearby. Clean, comfy bed.

- small shower rooms - no hooks in shower room to hang clothes - no lockers to lock personal stuff - would be goodto have curtains on beds to create some sense of privacy - 1500 drams to use washing machine. Other hostels charge only 500-1000 - the hostel is on the 5th floor. No elevator. Thanks god i dint have many bags with me

- Too hot. It was 35 degrees outside in June, and inside it seemed even warmer. No aircon or fan to cool down in the private rooms, only in the dorms (which is strange as you pay more to be in a private room) We were sweating just lying still in the bed, not pleasant. - No alcohol allowed, which I found a bit patronising. I understand you don't want loud drunk guests, but can I not have a glass of wine at dinner? (Especially with the decoration of wine bottles everywhere it seems contradictory) - Upon check-in the female receptionist laughed at my passport photo. I get it, it's not a good photo and luckily I look different in real life. But I found that a bit rude towards a person you don't know, especially in the hospitality industry towards a guest.

+ Great central location. + Quiet hostel, good for resting. + Good kitchen with several tables to sit. + Clean place, unlike many other hostels all spaces were kept tidy. + Good setup for bathrooms. The last hostel in Yerevan we stayed in had 1 shower / toilet /sink / mirror in 1 space for the entire hostel (so if a person showers you can't use the toilet or brush your teeth). Here there are 4 of each, and all is separated. So if someone showers, you can still brush your teeth at the sink or use the bathroom. Much better. + Luggage storage available.

Very bad.. it’s on the TOP of a big building 5 FLOORS WITH NO LIFT and believe me it’s long. Toilets and bathrooms are very disgusting, very loud at night and mainly construction worker living there all year. Think twice before you go, read all the hidden bad review

Top bunks don’t have curtains but bottom bunks do. No individual light or plug socket. No lockers. Bed not the most comfortable. Woman working on the front desk during the day was extremely rude and unfriendly. I tried extending my stay by 1 night but she first told me there were no beds available despite there showing some on booking.com. She then said I could stay (after I booked on booking.com) but refused to let me pay the price shown on my booking confirmation, saying that the price is more expensive. After explaining I paid the exact same amount the night before and didn’t understand why she was asking me to pay more, she completely dismissed me and continued to try charging me more. She was also more interested in eating her salad than interacting with me at the front desk. Her vibes were completely off and made me not want to even stay the night so I cancelled and stayed elsewhere. It’s a shame as the man working during the evening is wonderful.

The place isn't clean, and you won't find any lockers, so you gotta hassle with the staff room for your stuff. Showers are tiny with nowhere to hang your clothes. AC's busted, and the guy at the front desk? Not cool, just annoying and kinda creepy with the girls. Climbing to the 5th floor is a pain. Heads up, the front door's not like the pics online, so don't get confused looking for it.

Hostel is in 5th floor without elevetor. Shower curtain was short, so after shower you have bathroom (with WC) full of water. Sometimes does not run water for a short time. Noise on room, no sound isolation from lobby, when somebody here you hear everithing. Bad noise isolation from street.

The room overlooks a busy avenue and has poor noise insulation. I couldn't sleep there even with earplugs on. Also, the room had a strong odor that didn't go away even after we opened the windows and the door and tried to make the air circulate. The bed and sheets seemed clean so I'm not sure where the odor came from but this made the stay absolutely uncomfortable.

The location is perfect for exploring the city center. The room has a private bathroom, the facilities are clean. The hostel is located on the top floor of a five-story building but this was not a problem for us.

The hostel is at the top of a long flight of stairs, which was always a hassle. It was a pretty weird hostel, it felt like I was being monitored and judged by some of the hostel supervisors at all times, whether I was cooking or just walking around. The showers have no hooks and low water pressure and the bathrooms generally smell really bad most of the time. The curtains in the rooms dont work well, so you are woken up pretty early by the daylight. No alcohol is allowed at this hostel, despite a winery theme they have going on throughout the place. I have been to lots of hostels and I have rarely felt as uncomfortable as I did at this one, mainly because of a few of the workers

Staff english is very poor and they are very judgemental. I had a booking for 4 night but i was wating for money on my account so i paid the first night and the second day. The second day i came back at 5pm from my tour, the manager said " BRO come to reception, we don't have space for you" after i heard him mocking and point me saying "blabla italian blabla Italian pirate blabla". I denounced to booking this racism and mocking and waiting for explanation.

Located on the 5th floor without elevator. No one will help you lift your bags. They may be required to pay one and a half times more than in booking, without explaining the reasons. Pillows are more like bags of sawdust. The second tier of beds is very low, so it is not possible to sit on the first one.
