We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United Arab Emiratesplace is perfect, center of district…place is okay, they clean the room but dont change towels & bed linens, they change less than what we stay.., and unfortunately, approached us by one of the staff that we got complain from other room about the noise, which we dont have idea as our kids dont play in hallway or make any noise at night, we directly go to sleep after long day of trip… Without even checking and confirming, we got the blamed on the spot, which annoys us… overall, its a good family trip for us so we dont make small things bother our stay…

GreeceWe ended up out of the room for an hour cause the key didnt work , they hadn’t change the battery of the door key. They didnt even say sorry for that. They couldnt speak english at all. Moreover, the breakfast is very basic.

It was my second time in Aviatrans , The location is great also the room is very big and comfortable, decorated very modern, quiet and very clean room and clean bathroom. Also the breakfast service was satisfying.
