Everything is normal, I would only recommend being a little more attentive to the availability of room care products, and I think a 5-star hotel should at least have a coffee maker.

THE Hotel was new and clean,everything was good.I think a cafe in the park overlooking the forest wouldn't hurt during the summer.

The views, the room and the lobby hall where amazing. Spa is very fresh and well designed. Salted pool is a big plus that you dont have to breath clorine indoors

Exceeded our expectations: luxurious hotel for a very reasonable price. There is a ski trail directly from the hotel to ropelines, but it is only for experienced people (the trail is actually of black, not blue type). We really enjoyed swimming pool, saunas and live music in the evenings. The only minor drawback is that the meat and the fish we ordered in the restaurant were overcooked.

One english speaker by shift is requested, I reported an important water leak in the bathroom and the room service brought me 2 bottles of water thinking that I ordered water.

The hotel is perfectly located for the ski addicts! The swimming pool and the spa are here for a quick recovery 😁 The rooms are quite big and the beds very comfortable.

The hotel was nice, with a great atmosphere, and we had a wonderful time. However, the language barrier caused some delays in service. I encountered a few issues in my room, which took a couple of days to be resolved, likely due to communication challenges. Overall, a pleasant stay despite this inconvenience.

It has access to the ski slope, but only one slope and it’s a black one, so couldn’t use it with my kids, requiring us to take a taxi to the ski lift. Breakfast is a bit limited.

Everything was good

The hotel was positioned at the top of the mountain. It is newly built and the facilities are good. The bedrooms were warm and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the large lounge area while they were setting up for a gig the following night. The food was really tasty. We had bbq lamb and chicken. After dinner we sat by the fire with a glass of wine. Overall it was a very comfortable get away.

The lobby was cold, which wasn’t very comfortable. However, they had a large fireplace that changed the mood entirely. I enjoyed sitting around it, though it wasn’t big enough to accommodate everyone at once. People had to take turns to enjoy the warmth.

I really liked the location and the facilities, which meant I didn’t need to leave the area for anything. Breakfast was included, and we also had dinner at the property. The price and quality of the dinner were well-matched. There was also lovely live music in the hotel lobby, which was free to enjoy. I also had a good time at the gym, although it wasn’t equipped with heavy weights and not all machines were operational. Still, it was great for staying in shape during a vacation. The swimming pool had salty water, which was a nice touch, and there were both dry and wet saunas available separately for men and women, all included free of charge with the room. I also used the spa and massage services, which were very professional and relaxing, though these were paid services. Additionally, the billiards and table tennis were free, and we enjoyed them a lot.

Excellent hotel in a picturesque location, close to the ski resort in Tsakhkadzor. Great staff, clean rooms and perfect breakfast. Swimming pool and sauna are included in room's price.

Water was tad bit slow to fill up the tub on the 5th floor, but, by the time you set up the candles, have a in-room dinner, tub will be ready to enjoy.

Great hotel on top of the mountain, super comfy beds, massage and spa are heavenly, great nightly performance til 11p. Fancy place to treat yourself for a weekend.
