Great hotel! First of all, the staff at the hotel should be noted. Everyone was so kind, no pretense. they catered to our every claim and request and I did not feel an iota of annoyance in their actions. They accommodated us in a huge room, with 2 toilets, huge space and very fresh. The cleanliness was at an excellent level, just nothing to complain about. There was only one problem that I'm pretty sure could be fixed in less than an hour. the shower in the bathroom had very low pressure and it took longer to get a nice refreshing shower after the long walk in Yerevan. I highly recommend this hotel, the key factor being the staff, without detracting from the qualities of the hotel itself. The location of a hotel in Yerevan is not of great importance because taxis are insanely cheap.

I usually like to have tea in the room and there were no electric kettle in each room but a hot/cold machine in each corridor with a water not smelling very good, of course they were supporting me by giving me cups of hot water from the bar

First time staying in this hotel, great staff, very big and clean rooms, rooms manager was a kind lady named Ela, from Russia but speaking Farsi very good and trying a lot to help and support.

Great hotel with very friendly 24/7 multilingual staff, very nice and big room, good bed, great shower, good breakfast, lovely sauna/hammam (be aware the rituals here might differ from what you are used to), 15-30 minute walk to a lot of places in the city center including airport bus stop, free parking

A kettle in the room would be lovely.

Spacious rooms, extremely friendly and caring staff, yummy and varied breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool are for sole use and can be booked. They offered free driver to see their town but we chose to walk around.

Nothing to complain.

Property was quiet central. Staff all courteous and helpful. They went out of their way to help us book tours and even accompany us. Breakfast was good and so were the other items on menu, Stay was comfortable and the property met the expectations.

It was an exceptional experience. everything was perfect from the beginning. the receptionist was so polite and helpful. they even sent me the direction via WhatsApp and made sure that I arrive with the most ease. it was a really clean hotel and the room was a spacious. and the breakfast was very nice so I would like to recommend it 10/10 and I will book this place for our future trips to yerevan.

We have a very nice stay at the hotel. Big, clean and nice room. Very helpful and polite stuff. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. Every room had access to the spa and it was very nice and intimate because you are alone. I really recommend to book this hotel! Good value for money!

They are so kind, and nice. their food is yummy, and affordable. she is proficient in English and Persian which helped us alot. you can reserve the pool to be private for 1 hour. high-speed Wi-Fi.

We experienced a fabulous, memorable time. Rooms were super clean, had generous breakfasts, were educated and kind, and the crews were cherished. On top of all that, Ella's speaking Farsi made our stay feel like home. I will give your hotel 110 out of 100 points. I will also recommend your hotel on Iranian social media. The room itself was very good, however few things were not clean (the lamps, hair drier, toilet bin etc)

The people working in the hotel are very welcoming and friendly. The location is very good and close to both the city center and the airport. The spa is very good! The food is tasty!

Clean comfortable well appointed property. Good size bedroom with generous bathroom. Property is just out of the centre so is nice and quiet. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre or a £1 taxi
