Although this is also a restrurent but there was not much options of food and felt little costly specifically when breakfast was not included with room.

We stayed in the twin room with mountain view on the first floor and we found the single mattresses very small and uncomfortable, you would feel the springs and they make noise. Also the room wasn't clean enough. The bathroom was clean but the floor was only cleaned in the centre of the room. There was plenty of dust under the beds which made me worry about triggering my asthma. Also the table in the centre was quite dusty and we found crumbles of food on it from a previous guest along with some dead flies. I'm sorry for not rating with 10, but it's unfair for the other hosts who try to keep their place spotless.

Nice location, room with beautiful view and very rich breakfast. Very helpful and welcoming staff. They offered laundry and taxi service at a reasonable price.

A comfortable accommodation in Goris. The staffs don’t really speak any English, but it was not substantial as google translate was available. What surprised us the most was the food. We ordered in on our first night as we were too tired to get around and it was so good we decided to order the exact same thing the next night.

Everything was great

This is by far the best hotel where we stayed in hole Armenia, and very good price to quality ratio. The owners are very helpful and they gave us good prices for taxis and guides, who are all part of the same family. Everyone took us in like we were family. The food was tasty. The hotel is in a very beautiful location and it’s quiet at night. Also the interior is very detailed and beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here!

Had to wait a little while to shower with hot water. The mattress could be changed to a new one as I could feel the springs. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Booked this hotel and got upgraded to the twin room with a mountain view. Close to the centre. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Simple breakfast. Superb view. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Limited breakfast options. No AC in the rooms. Although by evening it becomes quite pleasant but in the day time could be a damper.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Walkable to the city center. The hosts are lovely and would take care of you very nicely. The lady makes all the food herself and it's super delicious. I could hardly believe that it was homemade. We liked her baklava so much that we requested her to pack us some for our trip further and she happily obliged. On the last morning there my daughter fell sick and the owner made sure she made her some herbal tea which was very very nice of her. Just the touch that made our stay extra special.

The bed was creaky and one rolled into the middle a little. While the vegetable soup was good, and my companions rabbit dish was tasty, the lady presented me with a burnt Kiev I had previously heard her scraping. At my request she cooked another, but I think the chicken filling was then undercooked! The breakfast was ok.

The location was ok for us as we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and not walk 10 minutes into the town. It was near the view of the caves. Breakfast was good.

Very friendly husband and wife hosts. Went out of their way to accommodate us. I must mention here the fantastic hike from Tatev to Devils Bridge. According to Hike Armenia app a 6.5km easy hike that would take 3.5 hours, which was completed in about 2.15 hours but the last crossing of the river caused serious delays as the water was too high. It added to the adventure. Start is not wel signposted but along the route it was very well signposted.
