Honestly the only thing that I would change to make it better if I could about the rooms is the noise insulation. Unfortunately you can hear quite a lot more than normal.

Everything was very good. From the beginning of our stay till the last moment the service was exceptional. I liked the attention to detail and that the room had everything that we may need, from shoe shine to toothpaste/toothbrush, shaving cream with a shaver, toiletries, iron with a large ironing board, sewing kit, slippers and many more other complementary things which added to the satisfaction. The cleaning staff were also impressive as they came into our room on the second day and left a note just in case we forgot to press the button for them to come and clean (which was the case). They didn’t invade your privacy and added to the positive feedback. The breakfast and the lady who was serving was just perfect. In general I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there.

The location itself is quiet, but I guess due to the doors and not soundproof, sometimes you can hear everything happening in the corridor.

Delicious breakfast (and menu as a whole). The room is very comfortable, also for 'do not disturb' or 'please clean' you can just use the button instead of any signs. Everything looks fresh and new, location is great as well - it will take not more than 10 minutes by foot to reach Kaskad, for instance. And, of course, personnel is very friendly and nice Thank you!

One downside was the noise from outside

The hotel was very clean, and the room service was good. The staff were very professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests. The location of the hotel was excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the room was a bit small, which made it difficult to access the closet and mirror comfortably.

the breakfast can be better, the shower space needs to be more covered so you won't be worried about the water splash everywhere and also you are not cold if you pause the shower, the hair dryer is not in the right place because it is inside the closet to make the room organized and beautiful but it is very hard to use since you have to stand inside the closet doors to be able to use it and it's really hard, also I believe in such a nice hotel with impressive amenities the automatic dispensers for shower gel, shampoo and conditioner should be used in the shower space not small buttles.

the most impressive thing about this hotel is the staff; very responsible, very kind, professional and helpful. the location is great and gives access to two important streets, the hotel is very clean, the in-room amenities were amazing in a useful an and applicable way, they also care about environmental concerns.

Hotel’s location is perfect. You can easily arrive Republic Square, restaurants and cafes, iconic buildings etc easily. The hotel is really clean and comfortable. You can find anything you need in the rooms including toothbrush, toothpaste, hair conditioner etc. I strongly recommend. The stuff is awsome.

The shower has no cable, its on the wall so for a lady is not comfortable to skip hair wash.

The matte glass door to the bathroom is lacking some privacy. Not very comfortable shower (only the tropical function) makes it difficult to bathe a kid.

Great location, close to all main Yerevan landmarks. Tasty breakfast, friendly stuff always ready to assist in any issue. Many facilities provided: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, shaving kit etc.

I and my family had a great stay at Nova Hotel. Everything was very nice there such as location, breakfast, employees, Wi-Fi speed. The Room service was excellent. The hotel was very sighted and we could go everywhere on foot.
