Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwedenRed Hotel is very nice and friendly. We felt really welcomed by the staff. The rooms where nice and clean and the patio with the pool and garden made it feel like a hidden paradise. To lay at the pool under the shade listenig to soft music made you forget the the hot and crowded city, just outside the wall. I can really recomend this hotel

United Arab EmiratesThe property has no stand-by reception, so if you need anything make sure you ask it at once when you see the reception or staffs. The rest is manageable, follow your map and walk around or download Yandex Go as your easy ride anywhere.
The property is near to the city center and easy access to the airport vice versa, I paid 2,000 AMD from airport to the hotel and 1,700 AMD from the hotel to the airport via Yandex Go Mobile App. The hotel is offering breakfast, city tour, and more.

ItalyThe street where is located
It is a cozy familiar guesthouse, where you can have quiet and relaxing day in Yerevan, staff is kind expecially Maya the receptionist that is very cute, kind and professional. Location is not fantastic cause the street has much traffic and not cafè, but in general with 10 minutes walking you are in the center. I am satisfated about my staying there.

United Arab Emiratesnothing, everything bad, everything horrible, I was sleeping and I was woken up by the sound of a drill and hammer, they were working on remodeling all day, it was impossible to rest in that hotel, the pool was dirty, full of leaves, they don't give it any attention
The hotel is in dirty maintenance, garbage upon arrival. Thousands of beer bottles in the courtyard. At first, a small, horrible room, I didn't like it and they changed it to a supposedly new one. No room.It has cable TV or entertainment. It was cold. The heating system did not work. During the 4 nights I spent there, they never came to clean the room or change towels, bed linen or bathroom supplies.Terrible hotel, no one ever at the reception, every time I went, no one was there, neither in the morning nor at night. They don't sell water, drinks, coffee, anything, or food. No one answers you. There is no place nearby to buy No water, coffee or basic foods. I do not recommend it for anyone.very bad experience

BelgiumThere were several things we didn't like about this hotel. It was the first time that we stayed in a hotel in Armenia instead of a guesthouse and the difference couldn't have been bigger. We were always warmly greeted by our hosts, they had a genuine interest in who we were and were super-friendly, like how Armenian people are in general. None of that at Red Hotel. There was a man at the reception when we arrived, he didn't really speak to us, took us to our room and left us there, no information about wifi, breakfast,...when we entered the room we immediately noticed that we only had sheets on our bed, no blankets and this was in the second half of October. Temperatures were going between 0 and 5 degrees Celsius in the evening and at night. When we asked for blankets, a nice lady came to our room with blankets. But when we opened them it were actually some sort of really big towels. We were cold at night and when we tried to put on the heating, it didn't work. It seemed like they were renovating the hotel too, our room was just by the stairs to go to the second floor and it didn't even have a stair railing. Very dangerous! We ordered a room without windows and that was perfectly fine but the room did have a small window that gave out to the hallway. It didn't have curtains and this resulted in lights going on the whole night when people arrived back at the hotel. We barely slept as the lights didn't go out themselves and we needed to come out of bed to the hallway to turn the lights off again. There was also noise the whole night, it seemed like a hotel with a lot of drunk Russian tourists who don't care about being respectful to other guests. It was our worst night in Armenia!
The bathroom seemed new and super clean.
