The staff was super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Hayk who managed to get us a table at already fully booked restaurant. The location is perfect and the pool on 11th floor is refreshing.

Houskeeping somehow missed cleaning our room on two occasions. On one occasion, room was not cleaned even after I notfied the front desk as a reminder to clean the room for the evening. Houskeeping Manager kindly offered 50% disount on the room rate for the two days -however that was never put on the report for the front-desk to process at check-out. A very prompt follow-up email by Front Desk Manager after the check-out, while acknowledging the 50% discount offer, indicated discount may not be processed by the hotel because booking was made thru Booking.com. Considering our booking was 'Pay at the Property' kind, where charges were settled at the check-out, I fail to understand the connection between the booking itself and crediting my CC on file for the discount offered and acknowledged.

The bike was out of order in a gym same as one of the shower set in the makes changing room.

the hotel and staff very good but unfortunately for the money they supposes to block 200,000 AMD from my card they charges my card and after so many email to hotel still no reply and i have ask so many time to get copy of my invoice for my stay unfortunately after 10 days still they did not reply and send

Value for money is relatively low. Generally okish hotel for a premium price level. Spa zone was nice but had only two saunas.

Location is nice, got a late checkout option (at 15:00) free of charge, which was a nice touch. Hotel itself is newly remodeled.

overall the place is nice, but it is not worth 400$ per night. I have seen in the bathroom mounting foam under the sink, and we got the room with no light at all, as it faced the internal parts of the building. I loved the bed sheets thought, and quality of decor in the room is really well thought.
