There was no gas to the hob rings so we couldn’t cook the food we’d purchased, but the complex restaurant was excellent. The owner would likely have resolved the problem but we were not bothered

The complex is right next to the lake with beautiful views all around. The staff spoke a little English which was very helpful, rather than having to use Google translate. 2-bed apartment with balcony was huge. Lots of clean towels and hot water. Beds were very comfortable. The two ladies at the restaurant were fabulous, cooking lovely food and providing a wonderful breakfast

The shower always switched from hot to cold. This is a bit annoying but also not a huge deal

Mattresses could be firmer, but that is an issue all over Armenia. For cabins, one cannot park near them, but the staff helped us move the luggage. Breakfast is only served between 9:30 and 10:30, somewhat inconvenient for leaving early for touring, but they can make up a breakfast for early departures.

Tsovasar is well located to reach anywhere on the east side of lake and the town of Sevan by car for shopping, touring, etc. including the pleasant nature reserve just to the south. The remarkable Noratus Cemetery and interesting monasteries are also close. The restaurant offers very good breakfasts and prepared meals during the day. A special mention for the superb staff, very friendly and helpful for extra needs and questions. We stayed in one of the compact multi-level 2-BR cottages, nicely equipped with a split bathroom and toilet plus an efficient kitchen to which the staff added equipment we wanted.

Everything was great. The only thing is the free breakfast is from 9:30 - 10:30, so a little late if you are an early riser. But the restaurant staff and food is very good.

Amazing location, not too far from Sevan. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Very clean and nice room, and staff is very friendly and prompt to help. A small, but beautiful white sand beach is nearby on the hotel property, but need to ask to know how to get there.

The beds were fine, but not the best. The bathroom also had a strange smell. Neither was too big of an issue.

The restaurant was small but very nice with a lot of options. It's best to pick the fish and meat dishes as well as the salads. The breakfast was also very nice: you have a small choice of the warm foods every day, get given cottage cheese and bread on the table and then a small buffet for salads, cheese and salami.

Sofas in the building rooms ..they are old

The cottages are amazing but the building sofas are old need to replace ..we spent amazing beautiful time outside the building and the stuff are more than amazing ...they helped us in every single need

The stairs to enter the lake. They shouldn’t be built of Iron because it gets rusted and it’s dangerous for if you get hurt and your wound touches the rust. It should be different material. Fiberglass or plastic.

We absolutely loved it. The location, the view, the superior room feels like a villa with amazing sea view. The restaurant's food and service was excellent. I loved there Jam! The guy at reception was so helpful and welcoming despite the language barrier. He used Google translate all the time and it worked perfectly! Would come again ! The location is just magnificent.

Rooms were very standard for the price. No lights next to beds, no kitchen towel provided. No microwave. Very poorly equipped kitchen. Rooms do not have cabinets for hanging your clothes.

Great location, well appointed apartment overlooking Sevan lake. Access to the lake and heated pool, restaurant on-site serving food all day. Very friendly staff.

Extra money for table tennis is so pettiness... It's called "family" resort, but there is little to do for small kids. Play room in the basement is full with broken toys, and no one takes care of them. The playground looks nice but is hardly usable. Breakfast starts way too late, at 9:30. There are almost no kitchen utensils.

The views! Lake Sevan is amazing! The on-site restaurant is quite good.

Nothing, everything was perfect, very high standard.

We have travelled through Armania and this was our last destination and definetely this was the best of all. The room, the staff, the facilities, the restaurant, the pool, the view, etc. are all fantastic! I can just simply recommend it. Great value for money!
