SwitzerlandNo hot water for showering. Limited breakfast. Evening buffet food runs out fast and not replaced quickly. Cleaning is done in the afternoon but cleaning product put in the bathroom in the morning. Evening buffet, I paid by cash but they rarely gave change back (around 300 kwanza). Price quoted on booking.com less than what I paid due to exchange rate presumably. Room was over 200 USD per night, too much.

Belgiumyou do have to ask for water and coffee, otherwise they might forget. but as soon as you ask it, they immediately provide extra. The finishing touches of the room aren't great, and it could be a bit cleaner. But my colleagues didn't seem to have that problem. Dinner is a reasonable price and there is a lot of options, but the fries are always cold.
it is very well located for my work purposes and there are some shops around to buy some food. the room is comfortable with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. coffee machine is available and the kitchen has a nice stove and oven. buffet diner (with fish, meat and chicken) is available at a reasonable price. Wifi is widely available throughout the hotel.

My stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very courteous and friendly, and the environment was very clean. I had dinner once there and it was very good. Will definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
