We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great location. Kitchen ok, well enough equipped. Good size. Showers good - the ones that were working. Plenty of hot water. Good drying room. Clean place. Small bunk beds so no head space and my mattress well past its sale by date - big dip in middle. Dorms a reasonable size. Could be noisy in dorms by kitchen if people don’t close the doors.

Austriathe kitchen facilities could be improve: no coffee maker, no toaster somehow not very social, everybody was always stuck on their phone with sound on, but that's a people problem, not from the hostel.
the quiet. big room with a lot of space and chairs, tables, so you can feel at home for a few days. the bed isn't the freshest but still comfortable. the bathtub definitely a plus after a hiking day. location is good for the bus terminal, not too good for the hiking trails, but it's a matter of taste and you can't have both.

RussiaI paid around 80 USD for night for a private room without breakfast and I think it is hugely overpriced. The room does not even have shelves. It has some unneeded furniture like low woodern chairs, low table and a sofa but instead i would prefer a normal table and a chair (like they have in the kitchen) and some shelves. Hot water was unstable. The door locks poorly, one can open it with a kick if needed. I understand El Chalten is super expensive but try to make your rooms more comfortable please and do something with door locks.
Location is great. Wifi is stable. They provide electric heaters as it is really cold in the room without them even in summer. Kitchen is well equipped.

HungaryThe mattress was a bit uncomfortable. And the walls are quite thin, so when a bigger group chat in the kitchen can be a bit noisy in the rooms.
The staff is very nice and helpful. I decided to do a more day hike, and they changed the reservation for free. I also could leave for free some of my stuff in the hostel during the hike. The kitchen is big and well equipped. They also have a nice garden with a barbecue place.
