Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanySide note: They offered a self check in which was great, but if you pay in cash you will have to arrange an In-person meeting with the host for the handover :)
Great house, we LOVED it! Such a sweet host who told us a bit about the region. It is a modern house very thoughtfully designed with great views on the Mountain Fitz roy. Floor heating, free coffee and tea, a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you can wish for in an accommodation! Gracias!!!

United StatesA couple extra pillows for the bed would be nice.
A cozy, well-designed home, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location, walking distance from everything you need - restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails - and lovely views of the mountain peaks.

United KingdomThere’s nothing I didn’t like about the place to be honest.
The property was tiny, hence the name, but it has everything you need. Hot shower, fridge, comfortable bed. The place was very clean, with a great view of Mt Fritz Roy.

CanadaA microwave would be nice to have. I had trouble figuring out the stove so some directions would have helped. This has alreadyj been conveyed to the owner. The safe didn't work so I had to carry all my money and my passport everywhere I went. I think these are all just growing pains and will be rectified.
The house was cute and comfortable. I knew it was tiny to begin with so didn't expect a lot of space. However, the space was well appointed and maneuverable. The bed was comfortable the views amazing. I also liked that it was so close to the bus station and in a quiet neighborhood.

United StatesVery nice and cozy apartment within walking distance of all shops, grocery stores, restaurants and hiking trials in town. The bedroom is upstairs, so someone can watch TV or work downstairs while the other rests upstairs. The kitchen had a good selection of kitchenware for 2 people. The view on Fitz Roy from the house and patio was awesome! Really quiet neighborhood.

United StatesSmaller than you think from the pictures. Bathroom was tiny and hard to use because the sink size was so small. Location can be a little loud at night due to the hostels on either side. I also wish that payment could have been handled by credit card through Booking.com. Instead you had to work with owner directly and was more of a hassle than it could have been. View of mountains advertised from inside had a cell phone tower right in front partially blocking view from our unit.
We liked the location, and the fact we had a tiny kitchen and fridge to use. Great water pressure!

SpainThe accommodation felt outdated and in need of more care. There was a damp, almost moldy spot in the wardrobe area under the stairs, and the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable. The entire lower floor didn’t feel clean, though the upper floor was okay. Overall, we wouldn’t stay there again - looking back, we could have chosen a nicer place.
We stayed one night and for that it was okey. We liked the bed and the view out of the window when laying in the bed.

BelarusThe pillows had stains and smelled bad, and the floor was dirty. The walls were also paper-thin, so we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which affected our rest. Additionally, we had to pay 10% more than the listed price in EUR, which was frustrating.
The house itself was nice, but the cleanliness was disappointing.

IrelandWe were disappointed by how thin the walls were between the houses - we were woken up on a few nights by a crying baby in the adjoining tiny house and it felt like they were in the same room so we didn't get great sleep there. The pillows felt really thin and worn and could do with being replaced. The bathroom window didn't seem to have a working latch so when my partner opened it, it flew downwards and hit him quite hard in the head. We'd read that there was free coffee but we got one coffee pod to share and oddly there was only half a roll of toilet paper for a three night stay.
The host was super accommodating with letting us check in early and check out late - communication was great. The location is lovely and really close to the bus station and places to eat.

United StatesThere was absolutely no toilet paper there when we arrived. We had to go buy toilet paper and paper towels. The property manager came with toilet paper about 5 hours later. We had already gone to the store to buy it. They did leave us a 1/2 bottle of wine as I asked them to do. The loft is hard to get around in. The ceilings are so low that you have to walk stooped over to avoid hitting your head and I’m only 5’6”. That is my only complaint about the structure of the building. Not well thought out.
The property was cute and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and we like to cook in. The TV had you tube and we really enjoyed watching travel documentary shows in English. The sofa was a great place to hang out.

CanadaNo complaints - but if you are not mobile it’s a little tight (as the tiny name suggests) to get up the stairs to the loft.
The rooms were brand new (I think they opened in November) and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need including cooking supplies. Walking distance to the restaurants/bars/trailheads/bus station. Camilla went above and beyond to be helpful.
