It would have been nice to be able to use the sauna and steam room. The hair dryer was attached to the wall under the bathroom sink and had a short cord so it was quite challenging to use.

Stunning views of the lake. Clean, comfortable rooms. They have a nice pool and the spa/sauna area but the sauna/steam room were not in operation. Breakfast was very nice. I would recommend and stay here again.

Missed the air condition,I know is normally cold,but october was warm con temperatures above 20 to 26 degrees & the room at night was very hot,we turn off the calefaction, open windows,after at night temperature drops to 6 to 8 degrees imposible to leave windows open all night.Otherwise fine

The bathroom had no bath, just a shower cubicle with a damaged soap holder. and in the bathroom there was only one electrical outlet located under the sink, very difficult to access. In the room there was only one electrical outlet, and the Wi-Fi is terrible

The restaurant is open for breakfast until 1030 but, then it doesn't open again until 2030. Your only food options are snacks from the bar. It took 30 minutes to get salads. The rooms aren't air conditioned which we knew but, they don't have any ventilation The sun shines right onto windows all day so, it was pretty stuffy inside. The bathrooms need to be updated. The bar has so much potential but, right now it's kind of wasted space.

All rooms have a lake view the higher up you have the better. We had a ground floor room and had a so-so view but, we did have a patio. Bed was very comfortable, breakfast was great and the view from the restaurant is incredible. The front desk staff were great.

It's a tiny detail but some parts of the bathroom were badly repaired such as door knob of the shower door and the towel hangers. We feared that they would break again. It's a pity in view of the standard of the hotel. However, this detail would not stop us for another stay in that hotel.

The people at the front desk were very nice and extremely helpful. The pool area is highly enjoyable. The water of the pool was warm. The view is stunning from the room, the breakfast place, the pool,... the breakfast is the best one we had in Argentina (the bread is delicious). The room and bathroom were very clean.

Spa service wasn’t as expected.

Beautiful view! Awsome location in front of the lake. Property is a bit “old” but comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and staff super nice.

The hotel is a little far from the town and it needs a little (pretty and nice) walk though. Some rooms (on one side of the hotel) do not have an elevator which could be an issue for some guests with luggage. The breakfast was rather poor. Very limited staff who spoke English and the bar has very limited drinks options which is a shame as it has an excellent view.

The hotel is really nice and has an amazing view. The pool and other facilities are also good. We were offered an upgrade for our one-night stay which we appreciated and the rooms was huge and clean. The parking is big and spacious.

Needs some maintenance on the building and some updates to the rooms to charge the prices they did. It's an ok place but overpriced for what they deliver. Somewhat typical of that area in general! I do travel a lot and I'm not cheep but I expect people to try harder in delivering in quality!
