“Great outdoor and indoor restaurant area and nice breakfast in a fantastic location for biking or relaxing during the weekend. The hotel is located in a village that has no much to see or to do, however it is literally 5-10 minutes walking distance away from the Donau river where swimming, fishing, jogging and relaxing is possible, I loved it!
The hotel is also located aprox 15 minutes by bus away from Grein -which is totally worth to visit (the bus stop is right in from of the hotel) or one hour walking by the shore of the river. Hotels in Grein are a bit more expensive so this was a great middle-term solution.
The sleeping room seemed to have been recently renovated, it was a bit hot but fine.
The hotel is run by its owner, a very nice and friendly person.”
“Perfect for cyclists & anyone who enjoys peace & quiet. Sat looking over the Danube bridge the rooms were squeaky clean & big. The staff were wonderful & helped us out immensely when the Danube flooded & a storm made it impossible to continue with bikes. They arranged a taxi with bike trailer to take us on to next destination.”
