“The house is very comfy for 2-3 families, nice wooden interior, big enough kitchen and living room, play room for small kids. The communication with host was quick and effective. The house is in the village, close to small ski lift. In 20-40 minutes drive many big ski areas are accessible, like Kaprun, Dienten, Bad Gastein etc.”

Good points: owner friendly, apartment clean and have everything for several days stay with nice location.
We dislike: we pay for "endreinigung" and owner wanted from us to take the waste down to the bin. Booking's price did not include "endreinigung" and it was not clear for me whether included or have to pay later.
Only 1 roll of toilet paper was, which suggest "you won't get more", so we did not ask for a 2nd roll.
Really can hurt the head, 3 of 4 from us hit the ceiling/bar.”
“We spent perfect winter stay at Auszeit. We fully appreciated easy check in, fully equiped apartment with kitchen, relaxing privite sauna ( each apartment can book 1.5 hour daily ). The apartment is located in cosy ,quiet village, within driving distance to ski areals , furthemore there is XC ski track next to the house.
Definitely worth recommending.”
