They offered me a parking place in a quite tight garage, with the floor made of metallic bars, and I found the price too high, comparing to the conditions of parking (24 EUROs/night). The right price should not overpass 10 EUROs/night. This is the only major complaining I would make.

For the (little) price I have paid, the location and the facilities are very good. The room has a little kitchen and a fridge, which was beyond my expectations.

this is an old building, obviously internal design is not comparable to many other modern home stay. But it gives a good feeling of old fashion.

Location is good- there is bus just down the street, not far away is subway station which helps to connect any other places easily; staff are friendly helpful thoughtful. 24hr reception, no complain, always someone there help you.

The bed was challenging because it was so creaky. Getting in and out of it would wake up anyone trying to sleep on the other half.

Great location because of easy access to public transport, the canal, Prater Park, a market, interesting art/architecture, etc. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but just right. Room was quiet and had extra amenities (fridge, hotplate, kettle, etc.)

The cleanningness was too poor. Stains on the walls, dust bunnies bigger than mice under the bed. The bed was not the best, the pillows were like an empty sac of fabric.

The location is very convenient to visit the city. The reception is open 24 hours and the receptionist who attended most of the time she was really kind. The building is interesting, so are the rooms. The bathroom was big, was clean, warm and complete.

The internet did not work very well in the room in the evening so I had to go down to the reception, which was fine. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Walls are quite thin as I was woken up by a loud conversation in the neighbouring room. Apart from that all was fine.

The location is very good, in a nice, quiet area but within the walking distance to the centre and Prater. The room was very big and comfortable. The receptionists were very friendly and competent. Very good value for money.

Excellent location and couldn’t fault this hotel for the price paid. In our experience it was a typical local hotel with all the quirkiness expected. The suite we had was massive and comfortable - more than big enough for the 2 of us. We only intended to sleep there so did the perfect job. Despite the Sub zero temperatures outside the room was like a sauna 🥵 no risk of being cold. Easy walking from Vienna city train station and great location, central to many attractions. Old features of the hotel appealed to us and added to the experience. Breakfast very basic but enough to fill stomach, if expecting a full fry up you’ll be disappointed.

Turkish guy at the reception was incredibly pushy and disrespectful: you are getting paid to work for the guest, not make fun of them!!! Tv and wi-fi were not working Bed was not very comfortable

the beds were a bit harder than i would’ve liked and the walls were thin so if someone was talking loudly in the hall you could hear it.

The ceiling height is very high, as it is an old building. This meant that there were a lot of cobwebs where the cleaners could not reach. The bathroom is a rather dark corner, but satisfactory. The floor is creaky, no chance to sneak out quietly

The location is really good, there is a bus and tram station about 5 min away. There are several parking spots along the street. The check in and check out was really easy. For the price I cannot complain.
