Horrible rooms, dirty corners, cold and I'm the shower even no possibility to attach the shower head. Even the breakfast was not really good, there was always a pack of things and even though seats were available there was no space to sit in a somehow comfortable way.

The beds are a bit bent over. It was not too bad. It just takes me one night to get used to it.

How friendly the staff was. They were always ready to help. The location is just great. It was calm. I love that it is an old building, so you get the real Vienesse experience. The mattress and the pillows are soft, just like I liked it. The room also had a kitchen and fridge. The WiFi was good even though I read in the comments it was bad. I assume they improved it. My daughter loved the lift. It was really cool.

Breakfast was quite basic and repetitive. Furniture, bathroom fixtures, and the overall interior feel outdated and could use renovation.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a park and public transport stops. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

the bed was slightly uncomfortable and we discovered some ants (about 20) on the table one night when we came home. also only one of the stovetops worked.

it was extremely close to the tram, bus station and to the supermarket. also the donaukanal was 1min by foot. very nice location with 24h reception and high ceilings

The hotel given was different from what i paid for. It was further away from the location i needed to go to, so i had to pay more for taxis and uber because of it. The whole experience was terrible.

The hotel could use a bit of a touch up - it was clear it hadn't been renovated in a while and some parts (i.e. bathroom ceiling) looked quite shabby. The mattress in my room should also be replaced.

The hotel is in a lovely building -typical Vienna style, it's in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation. My room was really spacious and included a small kitchenette. It was reasonably clean, quiet and equipped with all essentials. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was spacious but in a bad codition! -I asked for a double size bed and they had a double bed with two matraces and two covers! -The floor was scratched and the doors in bad conditions! (made pics) -No internet in the room at all! -No cleaning of the rooms during our 4-nights stay -No changing of the towels in the bath room and the bath room was in a messy condition (I had made some pics!) -No free parking area for the guest (you must pay 2,5 euro/hour, by parking outside of the hotel!!!!) -Breakfast was poor (very basics and restricted selection)!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, which was disgusting and made it hard to even be in there. To make it worse, there was mould on the tiles and in the shower, which was not only gross but also felt unsafe. The sticky floor in the room was the final straw. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and it made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they make serious improvements. It was truly disappointing. I have no idea why it has some positive reviews. 1 out of 10 in my case.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, but the real highlight was the gentleman at the night shift reception: extremely kind and super friendly! He made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

They could modernize the rooms but it was really good value for money.

The staff was really kind and spoke English really well. The location was good, really easy to get by tram to the center of the city. The room had good heating. The breakfast was very complete and really good value for money.

Our room was big and had a lot of character from the era the hotel was built. It was warm and comfy. If you’re not expecting luxury and happy with what you get for the price, I’d say go for it. The location isn’t central, but getting to and from town on public transport was quick enough and really easy

The place could use some new photos because the room was surprisingly very nice, very bright and very spacious. Clean comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower and a beautiful room. The staff is also very nice and very helpful.

Cleaning service didn’t clean the room everyday, facilities were outdated and the sink was leaking. The room was not quiet nor comfortable in any way: the blinds wouldn’t close completely so I woke up as soon as the sun came out.

Beds were really uncomfortable, they were creaking and the mattress was thin and old. U-bahn stations weren’t really close to the hotel. Staff was friendly, but the overall impression was that the place wasn’t really taken care of.
