MexicoThe beds are a bit bent over. It was not too bad. It just takes me one night to get used to it.
How friendly the staff was. They were always ready to help. The location is just great. It was calm. I love that it is an old building, so you get the real Vienesse experience. The mattress and the pillows are soft, just like I liked it. The room also had a kitchen and fridge. The WiFi was good even though I read in the comments it was bad. I assume they improved it. My daughter loved the lift. It was really cool.

Czech RepublicThe hotel could use a bit of a touch up - it was clear it hadn't been renovated in a while and some parts (i.e. bathroom ceiling) looked quite shabby. The mattress in my room should also be replaced.
The hotel is in a lovely building -typical Vienna style, it's in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation. My room was really spacious and included a small kitchenette. It was reasonably clean, quiet and equipped with all essentials. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

(made pics) -No internet in the room at all! -No cleaning of the rooms during our 4-nights stay -No changing of the towels in the bath room and the bath room was in a messy condition (I had made some pics!) -No free parking area for the guest (you must pay 2,5 euro/hour, by parking outside of the hotel!!!!) -Breakfast was poor (very basics and restricted selection)!

Czech RepublicI was extremely disappointed with my stay at the hotel. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, which was disgusting and made it hard to even be in there. To make it worse, there was mould on the tiles and in the shower, which was not only gross but also felt unsafe. The sticky floor in the room was the final straw. It was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and it made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they make serious improvements. It was truly disappointing. I have no idea why it has some positive reviews. 1 out of 10 in my case.
The only positive thing about the hotel was the location.

ItalyCleaning service didn’t clean the room everyday, facilities were outdated and the sink was leaking. The room was not quiet nor comfortable in any way: the blinds wouldn’t close completely so I woke up as soon as the sun came out.
Beds were really uncomfortable, they were creaking and the mattress was thin and old. U-bahn stations weren’t really close to the hotel. Staff was friendly, but the overall impression was that the place wasn’t really taken care of.
