Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsWe had the breakfast once, but don’t think you get value compared to the price.
As always, 25hours is worth the money. The staff is friendly and they allow you to check in early (at a fee of course). The suite was very comfortable with a great bed and shower. During summer, it also has wonderful airconditioning. The room also had amazing views over the city. The hotel is walking distance from major tourist attractions and very good restaurants and cafes. The roof top bar is worth visiting with great vibes and drinks.

EgyptThe standard rooms were too small and poor value for money as the side view is quite depressing mainly due to a grey government building across the street. Upgraded to a Main Street view and this took the experience to a whole other level.
Great location. Clean and super helpful team. Pleasant stay.

New ZealandThere was nothing to dislike.
Loved this funky hotel. Reception staff were so great to deal with. Great bar, restaurant and burger van on sight. Only a 5min walk from the Volktheater U3 which made it so easy to get around. Walking around the Museum Quarter was so easy from this hotels location so highly recommend it. Plus the gave you free drinks in your fridge which they top up no charge and a cold beer on the very hot days went down a treat.

United StatesThe only negative thing I could say was that the room was a little warm at times but we survived just fine!
We loved the room! The esthetics, comfort, and amenities were amazing. Rooftop bar was a great perk too!

United KingdomWe arrived early and even though our room was ready we were told to come back later or pay €40 to enter 3 hours earlier which was disappointing, I could understand if our original room wasn’t ready but it was
The hotel was quirky but very lovely, the check in was fast and with no issues, the bonus was the mini bar which was free, we had 2 beers, 2 waters and coke which was a really nice touch

IsraelBreakfast doesn't worsen the price - 2 types of eggs, hot sausage, bacon, some sorts of cold pastrami, and cheese. So, my advice - go to the cafe where you will have a better choice.
It's an amazing hotel in a great location. Got our upgraded room for small money. Advice - take the room at least on the 4th floor with the center view - it will make your stay much more convenient!

United KingdomMember of staff at check in was only interested in trying to get us to upgrade our room for extra money. Then the room we were given was substandard. This was exchanged the following day and everything was great after that. A member of staff Kaya rescued our stay, she was brilliant and so helpful.
Hotel is quirky, great area, lovely restaurant attached, great breakfast. Roof terrace bar gives fantastic views of the city. Good transport links.

AustraliaAircon was not super strong which was a slight negative during my stay and as I had to leave it on given it was 32-34 degrees each day overnight, it was noisy and disrupted my sleep a bit. The double bed was two singles pushed together so couldn’t sleep in the middle of the bed as there are two wooden bed frames side by side. Laundry was extremely expensive so didn’t use the service even though I would have liked to and it would have been convenient (eg 4 euro for a pair of underwear, 9 euro for one shirt). This may have been formal dry cleaning though perhaps, I didn’t look into it further once I saw the price.
Loved the location - super close to heaps of awesome bars and restaurants, the Neubau area is very cool. The hotel is super comfortable, lots of small touches made it great and went above and beyond - eg the Freitag bag available for your use during your stay, free minibar with a small selection of drinks and a chocolate bar. The rooms were colourful and had a good vibe. Bathroom very clean and stocked with amenities.

PortugalThe bed was comfortable but very very tall for some reason, so it was almost impossible to sit on it. The on site restaurant was short on options. Two nitpicky complaints but, at this price point, it should be better.
Breakfast was great. Lots of tasty options to pick from, while including the more typical options as well. The location is great for visiting Wien. Several important landmarks are within walking distance, and there's several public transport options close by as well. The room was fairly normal for this type of hotel. The on site rooftop bar is nice as well.
