This is a very subjective dislike, but as someone who just needs to get 1 cup of coffee in right after waking up the lack of a kettle and a tea/coffee set in the room was something that I should've factored in, but didn't and just assumed it was going to be in the room. Can the free minibar compensate for it though? Perhaps - during the warm time of the year, and for those without a strong coffee/tea addiction🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, the lighting in the room was a tad dark (the room had a window, but it was on the "inner yard" side, not the street's, so not a lot of day light.

The place is an absolute value for money in terms of the location and facilities (10 min walk to Hofburg!). Design is very detailed and well thought (also, free Freitag bag to carry stuff around in the city during your stay? Amazing), the place is clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and *drum roll* the minibar is free!

There was no space in the room to keep and open even a medium size suitcase. And kettles are only provided in some categories of rooms. In today’s times kettle for hot water is not even a luxury facility and most of the hotels in the world provide it irrespective of type of Hotel.

The location was great … not in the centre but well connected and easy walking distance 10-15 mins to all tourist attractions. The decor was certainly quirky and a good break from usual hotel rooms

I paid extra for a room with a freestanding bath on the balcony - this was the feature that made me book this hotel and pay extra for this room. However, what is not mentioned anywhere is that during the Winter/colder times, the water is switched off to prevent the pipes from freezer. As such this feature was pointless.

Room would benefit from having some comfortable chairs. Just some hard stool to sit on. Terrible coffee in the restaurant. Food in bar is poor. Better bar snacks please - at least give people more bread with the cheese.

Wacky decor is okay. The room and bathroom was a good size. Free mini bar is good (though it doesn't get restocked). Nice natural toiletries. Roof topbar that is always busy is really nice - we spent a lot of time there during the evenings.

Pillows were quite thin. Room was only cleaned around 5 or 6pm after we asked twice.

Great location near the Museumsquartier and U-Bahn. Fun, lively atmosphere and friendly staff who were kind enough to let us use the showers in the sauna downstairs after we checked out and while waiting for our night train. Large, clean bathroom with fragrant Orange Grove soaps and lotion.

The hotel is modern, clean, well located and flexible with breakfast until 2pm and check out until 12.00pm. Really a great plus of our days in Vienna. Nice bar upstairs in the roof top.

The fitness is... well lacking in basic equipment and also the one machine there was not functioning.

Location was great as were the staff. Hotel was quirky and fun with a great sense of style. Loved all the recycled elements. Was great having a bar that was like a town bar rather than a hotel bar
