Really nit picking here but the restaurant was a little small and took a while to get a seat, and the lift kept failing to read our room key.

Stayed in one of the cheapest rooms but was still spacious quirky and well designed. A few nice little extras that you don't normally see like a bluetooth speaker, bag and a basic free minibar. Staff were very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost.

All was good.

The room was good, and very clean, breakfast in abundance. Quiet considering it was in the middle of the city. Spectacular views. We were so close to all the museums and Christmas markets, which were spectacular. Nice smelling toiletries in the room. The restaurant was great, fun staff and great food. The shower worked well and lashings of hot water. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and fun. We felt safe walking around Vienna.

The location is amazing. We had a room with breathtaking view. We travelled with our dog, they wellcomed her with dog pillow and treats. The whole staf was friendly Excellent restaurant at hotel groundfloor. I had a health issue so practically we spent the weekend enjoying this design hotel ❤️❤️❤️

I think our room was in the older part of the hotel which was an attika room and it felt that some of the room facilities could be upgraded/ renovated.

Loved the quirky hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent location for the Xmas markets as within walking distance. Beds so comfortable, showers excellent and room decor lovely. Loved the free minibar! So many nice touches. Would highly recommend.

Could use a couple more hooks for the clothes and towels.

The hotel is great with a nice restaurant, great rooftop bar, and chill sauna. Did not try the gym but looks good for a light workout/cardio. Very fun vibe and decor overall. The breakfast is really good as well with plenty of options. The room we had was the entry level one. The bed is really comfy. The shower is great. I loved the style there as well. Some complimentary drinks and snacks were available in the room.

The bed was a little odd as it was two twin sized beds next to each other versus one king sized bed.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We weren't going to have breakfast on site at first, but one morning it was raining so we did. The breakfast was excellent and had everything you could imaging including sparkling wine. Highly recommend. The location was also great for walking over to the Christmas markets.

Not much I didnt like. Small points were no wardrobe which was fine as there were a couple of hooks and hangers but the hooks were all too close together so everything kept falling off the hangers. Restaurant didnt answer the phone mid afternoon during pizza only room service hours and took ages to do a takeaway coffee in the morning. Room on small side but sufficient. But im knit-picking.

Great location for museums and centre, funky vibe and circus decor, really good reception staff, clean, nice reception area and lovely cocktail bar on roof although it does get busy. Nice touch with a speaker for music in the room.

the bedside table is much too low. it's a pain. i don't understand why it's built like this.

Going home.

Perfect location, walking distance to all major attractions. Room was above what i expected. Breakfast was definitely worth the 25e ,bubbles with breakfast! Bar on 8th floor does amazing cocktails with views across city. Definitely staying here again

No kettle available in the room and no where to get a cup of tea at night in the hotel. Only coffee available that we could find.

Lovely friendly atmosphere with quirky style of hotel. Wonderful staff and fantastic breakfast catering for all dietary needs.
