Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomI've never been to a hotel that when you ask politely for a bucket of ice tells you to go and get it yourself. When you then ask for a corkscrew as none in the room, the restaurant says NOPE we've only got 1 here and 1 in the bar upstairs, bring the bottle and open it yourself. On the Saturday night massive party in the room next to us - massive party & music from 9pm until 1.30am - staff tried to calm them down 3x BUT eventually had to close all windows because of noise and dope smoking then got to sleep - zero discount / help afterwards v disappointing.
Lovely room, great location, cool vibe in and around the hotel. Nice top level bar.

BelgiumThe lighting in the room was not good. I had to use my cellphone lamp to check out the airco controller! The people working in the breakfast room seemed all miserable... Give more information about extra's in the hotel like the 'Mermaid cave' or the bikes. Encourage people to use them. Is it free? Is it open? What is not known is not loved or used.
The room was very nice and comfy. The bathroom was perfect as were the storage units in the room. Overall I would recomand this hotel to my fiends.

Expensive but amazing location. You will love this place, walking distance from anywhere. Rooms are a bit on the small side but that is just fine in the long run. windows open, the bathrooms have a wall between the room.

AustriaThere is limited parking possibility at the hotel with no reservation possibility. I was directed to a nearby underground car park (~3mins walk), so it worked OK in the end. The room had quite basic facilities, no wardrobe for example, only a small area to hang some clothes. (we had the entry level room)
Hotel has quite a nice and artistic style. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. Rooftop bar is excellent with a view over central Vienna and unique cocktails. Breakfast is plenty. Quality of the shampoos in the room was really good, Did I mention that the Minibar is free :)

SerbiaThe location, the extraordinary (awkward also) design, reused furniture pieces, the no extra charge minibar, some cute touches like the available cordless speaker, citybag. It is a welcome change to have most of the guests from the art scene and hipsters, made me 20+ again.

SlovakiaUnfortunately I had some stains on my bed sheet. It was not a nice weather, so I spent some time in front of TV and there are a lot of boring austrian/german channels, nothing available in CZ, SK language - as usual you are forgetting about us. Small room (they say it is "middle sized room" - no way), hardly for 1 person, not suitable for longer stays. And do not dare to take more that 6 Tshirts or shirts... there are only 6 hangers and no closet :) Overpriced breakfast for 26 €? My dinner was cheaper at same restaurant.
Very nicely designed hotel, great location, close to parliament and city center. There are various anemnities available for your stay, which make your stay more pleasant. I appreciated free drinks in mini bar, available bag to borrow, bluetooth speaker. Fast and reliable wifi... Comfortable bedding for 1 person, shampoo, soap, body milk, all these things are available. I loved dinner in their restaurant, it looks they have a good cook there. Although I did not visit the rooftop bar, it is definitely a big plus.
