The only disappointment is that the parking is 15 Euro per night even for guests. The breakfast is quite expensive too. They charge 150 Euro in addition as a deposit and don't tell you about it. The mini-bar in the room is empty and I don't understand what is the deposit for!

the sauna was supposed to open at 10 but wasn’t ready untill 10:40 be careful at the edge of the pool, I sprayned my ankle because the plastic gum gatter was not installed properly

Modern hotel close to highway with really nice spa and parking space. Breakfast was also really nice with a stunning views from 10th floor.

It was our second time as we loved it the first time. However, we were not as happy as the first time, as it seems the standards have lowered. The bedsheets had holes, the bathrobes and towels have seen better days, this is not great for a 4* hotel. The insulation of the room also wasn't the best as we could hear the noise from the outside, even from the 8th floor - it seems the window had a teeny tiny gap. On our first day, there also weren't any towels left in the pool area and we had to get out to ask the staff. At breakfast, we were all looking for glasses and mugs whereas it wasn't a busy time anymore. For families: Bear in mind there's no bathrobes nor slippers for little ones, we'd have expected that from a hotel with such standing. Since the first time we came, they also do not provide us with a pillow and blanket for toddlers anymore as per Marriott policy since unfortunately there was an incident a while ago. If we had known, we'd have brought one from home as our toddler is used to it and had to sleep covered by a towel. Restaurant - Feedback for management: we had dinner at the hotel on Jan 2nd, there was only one bartender and one waitress, with a full restaurant. While we waited for ages, we felt so bad for them as they were running around from one table to the other (we had dinner at 6pm). We understand it is the holiday period, but they would definitely have benefited from a 3rd person given the restaurant was fully booked. Parking is 12€ per day, a bit high for a city like Dornbirn. While this is feedback that can easily help improve customers' experience, we will be happy to come back in the future.

The rooms are spacious, the breakfast buffet is diverse with fresh pancakes, rosti, etc, and complete with nice views. The pool is one of the best we've been to, and child-friendly as well. Whether it is the staff at reception, in the breakfast area, or the services team, everyone is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is served until 10am during the week, 11am at the weekend/holidays + checkout is at 12pm - this was nice, and later than most hotels. With a 2.5 yo, that's much appreciated. Our first time, we stayed in a suite, and while none was available this time, the business double room was still enough for the three of us (double bed + baby bed). FYI, the baby bed is for a kid maximum 90cm. The hotel is next to a shopping mall, with many restaurants and a supermarket, which is convenient for shopping before heading back home. There's also a bus stop taking you to the city centre a few times per hour.

There are 4 spots for charging your electric car (2 exclusively for Tesla, 2 for other). You are only allowed to charge for 4 hours. However, people start charging their car in the evening and do not remove it in the morning. Two spots were occupied for at least 14 hours (from 22h up till 12h the next day). When you complain about this at the reception desk, you get the answer that people know that they are only allowed to charge for 4 hours and they do not know who is the owner of the car.

Amazing breakfast (with sekt, omelette is live cooked, a lot of choice), room is large and comfortable. The wellness is the largest I have seen in a hotel (5 sauna's, 1 steam cabin), a very large outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. The food in the restaurant is limited, but it is decent. Free charging of electric car (but do read further, it also has a negative side).

We actually requested for an early check-in but ofcourse we understood that it depends on availability. Alas we were there at 1455pm. But we have to wait another 30 minutes before we can check-in to our room.

Love the modern chic design. Upon entering the lobby it has a nice smell. It makes you feel relaxed. The personnel were very friendly and polite. I was going to the pool area after my workout and I was guided and shown the direction by one of the Manager of the hotel. So professional and friendly. Breakfast has a good selection of food and the view at the top was breathtaking.. Love the facilities at the Spa. Indoor pool and outdoor are amazing. It was huge ..With jacuzzi, water jet spray and foot massage. At the Spa area fresh water and Tea are served. I think it would be great if some fruits are offered.. Everything about this hotel, it's wonderful. Worth your money.

I didn't have enough silence in the room - I can hear the road. I didn't like that I had to be persuaded twice to change the room to a quieter one.

The location, parking, room size and SPA are all excellent.

There were only 2 things that needed improvement: the sofa-bed for the third person in the room was uncomfortable to sleep on. Also, we had problems with the AirCon in that it did't seem to have enough power (we were on the 6th floor and the room was large). This would not be an issue during collier seasons. However, the plus side was that the staff immediately provided a portable aircon unit when they discovered the problem. None of the hotels seem to do this, but they should provide extra sheets to be used instead of a duvet when the weather is hot. They provided this as soon as we asked.

Most things about the hotel were excellent. The room was spacious and clean. The main bed was king size and very comfortable. The spa and swimming pools were superb (one of the best I've seen). Plenty of towels everywhere. Breakfast was very good. The bar and restaurant was reasonably good too. Best of all was the service provided by all the staff. they were all very polite and attentive.

Newly refurbished hotel is really well done, great bedroom, comfy beds, nice simple bar and friendly staff. Even though we did not eat in the top floor restaurant the views are fantastic. The spa facilities are extensive and the saunas are ... very hot!

Location is sadly a bit out of reach by foot from the town. One girl with long black hair at reception was very rude when I did not have my key card anymore and didnt now my room number, i then showed her my ID but she just told me that she couldnt help me.

1. The bar and restaurant at ground floor was very small and the kitchen was closed at 22:00. 2. The water temperature of the outdoor pool was about 26-27 •C and for me and also other guests it was cold. The outdoor pool view was very nice so it was a pitty that I could not use it because of water temperature. In my opinion the water temperature of the outdoor pool could be warmer. 3. The parking price per night was 12 EUR which in my opinion for the hotel guests shall be free. I have been in several hotels (4 start and 5 star) and in these kinds of hotels usually the parking fee is free for the hotel guests.
