It was second time to stay in same hotel as first impression was good :) Will be staying again whenever I will visit Vienna.

We could not find step-free entrance, if there is any wheelchair/baby stroller entrance that should be marked.

Location is excellent as it is just few minutes from main station. There is also an option for self check-in. Staff is also helpful and decent.

The online check-in was chaotic, it did not work on the webside, we needed to download the app. And finally, we needed to fill the paper at the reception anyway. The bunk bed did a strange periodical silent sounds the whole night - there is some kind of an electronic device to charge your phone (or what?) connected to the bed that probably made it. It was not loud but still disturbing.

Perfect location very close to the Vienna main train station. Our room had everything we needed for a one night stay. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Definitelly a very good value for the money.

Self-service check-in didn't work. The machine couldn't scan QR codes. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work.

Unfortunately the bathroom and the room in general had an unpleasant smell, and we found some stains on the bedsheets. A bigger problem was that the entrance door to the rooms were moving and making sounds when someone in the neighbouring rooms entered and exited their room. This is definitely a technical issue that needs to be solved as it disturbs sleep.

The Hotel is located in a nice area near the train station, and it was easy for us to find parking spaces nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Toilet's were not cleaned duringt my 5 day stay and since i recently stayed in a&o in Salzburg, i notice that is the general behaviour in your hostel - understandably so, because of the low price - it is not affordable. But a fast scrub/refresh every 4-5 days is not so time and money consuming, just so the sinks don't show dirt and water outlets don't get stuck, and so water doesn't stink of a public toilet in Rajastan (no offence). Or at least leave all the needed equipment (maybe start immediately with a bio positive/natural cleaning remedy such as alcochol vinegar e.g. and some plastic free/washable sponge, so the guests can clean themselves in order not to maintain the frustration. I was surprised that there was not even a half-private space in the lobby/ could be made by providing paravans or rearranging the seating possibilities, so that the space stays safe while having a bit of working space available where nobody watches or approaches you easily. The prices od the products in the machine were too expensive.

The room was a bit dirty by other attendants. The lock for bathroom with the shower was broken so the door couldn't be locked. Some snoring by other attendants during the night, but I guess that's what you can expect from a hostel.

The bed was very comfortable. And the common work area for guests was lovely.

The bedroom wasn’t very clean, there were nails (yes, nails!) on the floor and we didn’t have space to put our clothes and bags inside the bedroom, the guests have to leave all their stuff on the floor
