I know it's a hostel but in 35 degrees, a small portable fan in the room is a must. It's simply impossible to sleep!

There is no curtain for the bed. No air-conditioning. As my room is on the 1/F located on top of the lobby, it's super noisy when people have drunk and play music downstairs. The hostel noise restriction policy is like 12.30am something. So unless you fall asleep when you touch the bed or you go down to join them, your sleeping quality would not be good. Only mixed dom available. The luggage room is always open. No female dom available.

The excellent location right next to Central Station. A few meters away is a supermarket. The facilities are basic but enough. Room space is big. Staff are nice. Light and charging port for each bed. Daily cleaning services. Early check-in available. A lot of charging port. The common area is big.

The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Products taste like they are really poor quality, the choice options are very low and with nothing warm to eat. Also the dishes look to be handwashed, or washed too short because there were some food leftovers on them. There were too few people on the reception desk when compared to amount of people that needed to check in. There are some automatic options and the crew was very quick, but still the lobby seems always crowded. TV in the room is really small.

The room was clean and big enough for our 2+2 family. The location is near the underground station so in short time you can be in the city center. There is also a bar in the lobby.

I would appreciate a small hand towel in addition to the large one. Some travellers might not like that the cleaning lady will only take out the bin and you have to be careful to leave the towels on the floor it you want them changed.

The rooms are clean and spacious, I had a double room, single occupancy and was happy with it. The rooms are en-suite, so they’re suited even from travellers worried about hostel-style shared bathrooms. The location at Wien Hbf is great for quick check-in after arrival and is within walking distance from the Belvedere gardens from which you then get to the city centre easily. Alternatively, the metro and tram can take you to the more remote parts of Vienna.

The staff 1.5 hours before we had to leave came to our door and rushed us to leave already for them to clean. The hallways were dirty, we couldn't open the window and it was really hot inside the bedroom.

Quad Room was too small for our family of 4. Room was too warm without an air-conditioner. Changed to another hotel
