Very clean, very modern. Good music played in the common area 24/7. Good heating in the winter. Amazing location - 5 minutes walk from the Main Train Station of Vienna.

Pretty chaotic, the staff had not idea which beds were available and which not, they claimed that 4 of us were sharing the room, however there were clearly things that belonged to a fifth person in the room already.

The check in and check out was easy. Location was good.

Some service in the reception wasn't compassion and accurate enough.

I t is a very good location of object. It is clean in the room and many practical needs supplied and a good breakfast.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and the bar was filled with people not staying the hostel. the area I chose to sleep was also not cleaned properly as there was a tobacco pouch left on the side and covered in dust.

The location was fantastic, for the price paid right by the train station was brilliant.

The staff management… They are assigning the rooms which are already full… I have to change my room for 2 times as the rooms were already occupied.

The hotwl was crowded with teenagers and they were very loud after 11 which made a bit hard to sleep. Also I do bot like the idea of paying for sheets.

Only one staff member on the front desk, clearly stressed out and impatient. I stayed in a 6 bed dorm room which was on the 4th floor, elevator was broken, would usually bother me too much but i had to go back down to find out if i had an allocated bed because it was unclear which beds were in use. Then had to go back down to ask f for bedding as the only beds with bedding on were in use. When i put the bedding on went back down again as i hadnt received a duvet or pillow. Was told the duvet was just one of the sheets i'd been given previously which ended up being cold in the night and that the pillow would be brought up to me. the pillow never arrived and I gave up ended up using one of my jumpers as a pillow instead. I saw several other guests complaining about the same issue on my trips to reception.

Bathroom was not draining the water quickly. Breakfast refiling was not great after 9am so you have to be early by 7 or 8am. Lift is the greatest disadvantage i would say, only one lift for all the floor and we were staying in 6th floor and belive me most of the time i have to take stair for the 6 floor because that one small lift is always occupied by someone who is moving to other floor. And the room service or maintenance people also use the same small lift to take the material for cleaning the rooms.

it was a hostel kind of hotel with a mix of family friendly setup in having a hotel setup room. Separate bathroom and WC which helps to get ready soon. Location is very near to HBF where you take Train/Bus to other cities

The common places were dirty and loudy... like a hostel :) The stuff was not professional at all.

The soap bottle in our bathroom is totally empty, the lock in the bathroom door is also broken.

Very near from central station, there's a supermarket nearby, and very near from any public transportation starting points.

It common areas all smells with smoke because people smoke everywhere. for a non-smoker it was awful. but I have to admit, the room smelled with bleach Instead of smoke. the kitchen was even worse. there was no kettle, only two dirty pans.

The only advantage of this place is the price. we have to stay somewhere overnight between the flights. also it is located just near by the train station. staff was friendly.

*Only one small lift servicing the 5th floor which led to queues getting up and more importantly getting down with heavy bags to get to the station on time the following morning * The first weekend night that we stayed, the bunk beds were not made up. We arrived v late and tired teens didnt notice until the following morning as bed protectors were all white and looked like sheets. The double bed was fully dressed and had towels on it for the adults * The second weekend night that we stayed, we mentioned about the lack of bed clothes on the bed the previous weekend and the guy at reception was v dismissive. Asked him to inform the manager and he just laughed and made reference to how the place was being run. Asked him if I could call him if there were no bed clothes on the bed and he said that if there were no clothes on the bed that he would need to leave reception to come up with them...so he was being overly stretched. As it happened the bunks had bed clothes left on them and our teens made up their beds.

Location: as the crow flies, the hostel was just about 5 mins walk from the Wien Hbf. Google maps sent us around the world for sport! Family Room: was huge and so, with large bags and 4 teenagers, we had ample space to settle in.
