Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

- very poorly lit, even though it was on the 1st floor, the room felt like it was in the basement. - the mattresses were sliding off the (twin) beds frequently which made them a bit uncomfortable. - throughout the 1st night the heating stopped sometime after midnight and by morning it was already cold in the room (during the 2nd and 3rd nights, the heating worked perfectly though). - would have appreciated a closet or some shelves. - pretty sure the room was for people with special needs... that didn't necessarily bother us, as long as all people who could've needed it had other options for accommodation.
+ excellent location - near Vienna Central Station, which also has a shopping center, so you have access to shops, food court, train, bus, tram (access to tram D which goes straight to the Opera House or City Hall), pretty much all you need. It's also within a walking distance (one tram station) away from the Belvedere Palace. + great water pressure and hot water came in almost instantly + someone comes in daily to empty out the trash from the room.

We were slightly disappointed with the room itself, the mattresses were very old and uncomfortable, we actually ended up not using one of the beds because the mattress was so uncomfortable. The TV in the room also didnt work.
The hotel itself is good for the price you pay, located right next to the station and walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. It has a social space and I would definitely recommend for groups or younger travellers.

There is quite a lot of noise. Already around 4 a.m. we were woken up by other guests. Furthermore, the accommodation sends a ridiculous number of different messages through the booking (I received about 10 messages that had spam value), this was annoying.
Pleasant location and value for money for accommodation.

Bad smell in the coridors. Navigation is not intuitive. In double room could be more space for stoking guest's stuff. TV is so small that it would be better to get rid of it.
Very goog location. Easy acces to all kind of the public transport. Nice lobby area and bar. Very kind staff. Clean room.

We reserved a room for 5, but only 2 beds had sheets and they provided only 2 towels. But receptionist gave us sheets for the rest of the beds, we made them ourselves, and towels.

Clean big room, own toilet, bathroom. No big noise in the night from other people. In the lobby small, but fine kids cornwr for play. We are suprised how comfort is this acomodation. Hostel stuff was helpful and friendly.

They could have had a little more variety on the breakfast buffet (museli or pastries would have been good).
Flexible to change booking after I made a mistake on dates. 24 hour check-in. Large breakfast buffet. Great location, 2 minutes walk from the main station.

It doesn't have a hostel atmosphere. It's really a hotel with tens of rooms in everyone of the 6 floors. Some of them are dormitory rooms. I saw at least 5 groups of school children coming and going. The kitchen has absolutely nothing. Not even a spoon. You have to go up to the reception and pay a €20 deposit if you want to use anything to cook. Why can't they keep some plates, glasses or cups in the kitchen? There is only one small portable induction cooking ring so no more than one person can cook. I didnt see anybody using the kitchen. There is no salt even. It has a big fridge though and I saw somethings deposited there. Also the kitchen is hard to find in -1 floor. I don't think I would stay there again.
The location is 4 minutes from the entral train station.

The bathroom was a little smelly maybe a wc duck would make it better. There are only 5 parking lots for the whole structure, and also the reccomended parking was full, we had to use the garage beside the hostel (28 EUR). If coming with car maybe it worth to go in a more expensive place where parking is included.
The room is clean, the beds are comfortable. Towels are provided. The breakfast is also very good, the kids liked very much the pancakes machine.
